- Mor Acro continues his Morocco travel to azrou to see the Barbary macaques in the ancient cedar forests of Ifrane National Park. After leaving Meknes we enjoy a scenic drive to stay at Rise in valley, located between Azrou and Ifrane Morocco. In the ancient cedar forest we enjoy a chicken tajine and feed some cats and dogs as the wild monkeys in Morocco roam around us.

You gotta visit Ifrane, a really clean and beautiful city, azrou and Imouzzar are nice too, and if you have time, you should visit a really nice lake there, called lake aguelmam, the roak from azrou to the lake is just breath taking

I love nature, Morocco has a strange diversity in its nature. In the south there is the desert and the weather is relatively hot. As for the southern cities that overlook the Atlantic Ocean, their temperature is relatively moderate. In the north, the green nature and the weather is mild and humid surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea. In the west, the weather is moderate with Moisture is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, in the eastern center of the Middle Atlas are mountains, plateaus and forests, and the weather is very cold in winter. As for the middle of the High Atlas, there are mountain ranges, and the weather is very harsh in winter
It has a little bit of everything, and the monkeys are grateful for that.

One of the problems is that the monkeys nibble the budding branches of the cedar trees and sheep eat all the grass on the ground which is what the monkeys should be eating.
Shame that babies are taken to sell to anyone who wants a baby monkey but those poor babies are sacrificed!

Man these monkeys faces deceive visitors with the innocent look, but in reality they are nasty little thieves 😂for a first time everyone falls for it, I remember them stealing my bag of peanuts, before i could feed anyone of them xD

just to correct your information. Azrou is not a village it s a town and it is close to Ifrane but it is bigger than Ifrane

I really like the place where you guys stayed at, it looks clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It is a beautiful delight to see Rumi so excited and happy. The macaque monkeys are funny, nevertheless, I do not trust them. Please keep showing us more places and adventures from Morocco. Thank you
