My top 5: 5) Garbantis: Absolutely amazing melee tank, pretty good for the bug types, it also has amazing speed and has battering ram + bulk up, which makes it hit really hard. It's walled by strat and loses half hp to traps which really sucks tho. 4) Sumobito: though ranked really low on most lists, in my opinion sumobito is amazingly powerful counter-stance is great because you always hit first, remove clutch plushies with double strike and even have fire slam now for strat. Yes it has many weaknesses, but it is a hit or miss depends on the matchups, amazing against hyper offense. 3) Harvesect: I honestly think harv doesn't hit hard enough, yes it can set up, but spirit and bug is just not great defensively, but still amazing bulk and does have parastize+ basically infinite energy with health am. 2) Terraclaw: bulky as hell, has 120 melee attack so could run brawny, clever for offensive, is annoying to kill as hell, even tho it's weak to icicle traps like everything here (but sumo) pair it with a v robust strat w/gust, it's just amazing since terraclaw can just take so many hits. Swolder: In my opinion, swolder is amazing, has great bulk, can be good offensively with brawn boost, parastize, mega punch, can stall, lower melee attackers such as volkaloas' speed, can poison stuff as well with a good matchup. I swear going through this again, this is so controversial.

alpha turkey. i have a niche sumobito in doubles with air blade, which he uses to boost my pyrolen (holding R. plushie) with fanning flame, getting him +4 ranged attack TURN ONE(+2 from double strike, +2 from plushie).

I feel like sumobito deserves a higher rating or maybe be tied with another loomian at a higher place it has counter stance which is also a stab+priority and with its secret ability it can do 25% more damage and can bypass clutch plushie or clutch ability it has parasitize to heal and for its normal ability,guru it has alot of moves at 60 strength which get boosted horn dashi does has 60 strength which is boosted by guru+stab overall sumobito isn't that bad

My top 5:
