vegeta trained harder than anyone throughout all dragon ball z and still was bested by goku time after time. finally vegeta gets some help by that machine to go ss4 n i remember ppl sayin he cheated i mean come on goku constantly was being helped by other ppl and didn't train nearly as hard but got twice the results, respect to vegeta man. trained twice as hard and finally caught up and kept up with goku. ss4 vegeta, number 1!! PRINCE OF SAIYANS, WE SALUTE U!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I pulled a vegeta and went all out like he does yelling "I am a super Saiyan!, but I got hurt because I'm not a super saiyan unfortunately.... But anyway, YA HE IS THE MAN!
For as many times as Vegeta has saved Goku's ass, you'd think they would cut him a break every now and then. (Cough cough Android 19, Metacooler,etc) For sheer dedication and charisma, Vegeta is definitely the best. Of course, with the series being based around Goku and Gohan, he'd never get much time to shine.

This is true to real life as well, if you lift weights, you should wait around 3 days for your muscles, etc. But, I love vegeta, and the in-his-mind speech he makes during the buu saga is AMAZING. Its the speech where he says goku is the best (loved it). Goku and vegeta pwn this cartoon. cell saga is best.
there was a TFS abridged episode where Vegeta says "Bitch you just jealous of my super saiyan swagger" so i think that is where it comes from. if you watch the TFS they are pretty good :)
the reason being is the black star balls are more powerful than the regular dragonballs. cause they were made when kami and piccolo were still fused before seperating. now they're merged again, they are active again. since they were made with the powers of both kami and piccolo, they are far more powerful than the normal ones. and using them to make himself normal again would doom another planet, something goku can't do, soo he makes due with his situation

Remember this: If you've seen Kai on TV (specifically 4Kids), it will be horrible.
