As a lawyer, I can answer this. When you have that much money, you can get specific lawyers. Shapiro wasn’t the BEST TRIAL lawyer, but Cochoran was. F Lee Bailey was the best at tactics and maneuvering around the court. The other lawyer was a DNA specialist. So forth and so on. Then there is team tactic. Shapiro crossing Vaneeter (spelling) and Bailey crossing Fuhrman. It’s better to have a white lawyer cross a white defendant on racist issues to make it seem more genuine, rather than have a black lawyer do it. The optics are two white guys. One looks good for justice while pointing out the racism of the other white gay. Less “race card” insinuating that way. The lawyer who specialized in DNA to refute anything the people has. Exactly. All this Monday morning quarterbacking by people that think they know lawyering better than Clark, Darden, WHOMEVER, is laughable. Sure, but none that should have shifted guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, to not guilty. As you said, you could have had a video of the murders, and they were voting not guilty.
Glove-planting theorists, please note; if Fuhrman would've taken the Rockingham glove straight from the Bundy to O.J.'s house, it wouldn't have had O.J.'s blood on it. Where on earth would've Fuhrman got O.J.'s blood in the middle of the night, if he's in Chicago? Game over.

That's what I always thought - that Kato was on some hallucinogenics the night of the murders. It didn't matter though cuz none of the jurors took him seriously anyway. He was considered a complete idiot by the jury - a pretty accurate description I might add.
Good point, as long as there was no other way to the other gate without OJ being seen by him. OJ was definately aware of the limo coming for him, and had to know he was late, so im sure after he murdered Nicole and Ron, he was looking for that limo, and would have done anything to avoid returning and being seen by him.
Whenever you hear that Marcia wouldn’t put someone who would have helped the prosecution on the stand for some oddball reason, the real reason is that the witness wouldn’t have actually helped or would have caused damage to the prosecution’s case. E.g. Jill Shively - Clark didn’t put her on the stand because she was probably lying and if what she said was true, it would throw off the timeline. You can bet that this mystery “I saw OJ throw stuff out at the airport witness” had serious problems.
Jill said she saw OJ speed by at 1054, giving him 1 minute to travel several miles, get home, clean up a murder and meet the limo driver. This support the defense if true, b/c it is impossible to do that in 1 minute.
Did they really think O.J. would bring a bloody knife and bloody clothes into the plane???? Or drop such luggage on the airport with his & victims blood dna on it??? O.J. did not do boxing, he had not lost his brains.
Total idiot. I wonder if he realizes how ridiculous he sounded then, today?? He *might* consuder that to be suspicious if they could have actually proved he cut his finger at time of murders?? Omg
9:20 the editing is deceptive- it makes it seem like Park is testifying that he saw the “dark figure” when he first saw Kato, when Kato was near the south path. Kato testified that he went back to his room briefly and decided to look again. When Park saw Kato for the second time, this time on the pathway near the Ashford gate, that’s when he saw the dark figure. It’s important because it was several minutes later and is well after Kato heard the thumps. The prosecution kept trying to make it seem like the dark figure sighting and the thumps were only two minutes apart but pretty solid evidence shows that they were likely 7-10 minutes apart.
i think you're right, but doesn't Park only see Kato once? by the ashford gate and at the same time as he sees the dark figure go in to the house? i think they just got Katos location wrong on the graphic
Mr.Park says he drove up to the said address, didnt see a Bronco parked outside, went to the other gate and waited there? He noticed Kato coming from the side of the house with a flashlight...Then moments later saw OJ walking up the driveway from the Main Gate. Ok......So this conflicts everything. If OJ jumped that fence...Hit the Aircon, and dropped his Glove, then jumped back over that high ass fence, all in the meantime not leaving a drop of blood on it(Because he was a Ninja)...Then went back to his car, drove it and parked it infront of the gate, and opened the gate and walked up the driveway right? It would mean that he would have bumped into Kato on the side of that house at some point right? And if Kato didn't see OJ on the side of the house when he went to investigate...Then how did the glove get there if OJ was not there. So it would mean a few things to me. 1. The Cops are lying 2. The driver is lying about not seeing the Bronci there. 3. Kato is lying. Either way...All this doubt is why the jury found him not guilty in my opinion
I find it odd OJ parked outside at night. Why wouldn’t he just pull into the gate? I found that odd…… that’s not the same bag. Remember Kardashian left the Simpson house with a duffle bag and nobody seen it since.
Comrade Beaver There were other cars in his driveway. The whole bag thing is stupid. You think OJ took bloody clothes to Chicago then brought them back to LA when he knew the police was wanting for him? Stop being stupid SMH
He parked the bronco on the street because it was an everyone use car. His house keeper, daughter, son. Everyone was insured to use it so he always parked it on the street.
Yes, Mark Fuhrman was guilty all the way around. Knowingly lying under oath. The state of California should've locked him up for trying to frame OJ Simpson. Mark Fuhrman wasted all that time going after OJ. Instead he should have went after the real killer or killers.
9:45 the graphic gets it wrong - Park consistently testified that he didn’t see the dark figure cross the driveway and couldn’t tell which direction the person came from, and he testified that he saw him on the patio near where the patio meets the driveway, and then he entered the house. It could have been OJ coming home after the murders, or it could have been OJ dropping luggage off near the driveway. This has always been misstated/exaggerated by the media. At least this series shows the actual testimony.
So I guess they couldn't find no dirt on the limo driver but ignored his testimony the jurrors I mean he had no reason to lie just him alone told the story oj was lying
O.J.is an actor he knew how to cover his tracks & yes I do believe he got rid of tjr bloody clothes & the murder weapon @ the airport He is not stupid he knew how to look innocent & cover his trail.
The juror literally said if they could prove he cut his hand while committing the murder, it would've had an overwhelming effect for his guilt or innocence.... NO SHIT.
Mr Cryer, you were NEVER voting guilty. The fact that you’re easily swayed by circumstantial evidence, but not direct evidence, proves that you were looking for ANY REASON to acquit.

Good graphics for the image of Simpson's house there. Simpson wasn't stingy in tipping the limo driver a 20% tip. Before the crime, Simpson as a celebrity had waned. It was only after this happened that he was in the spotlight again.

F. Lee Bailey said it. It’s not an easy game! OJ got away with murder!
Kardashian was put on Simpson's defense team so he could not be questioned about the bag. Not hard to figure out why they did not want him to testify. He now has at least 13 lawyers on his team. Why does he need this many? Most people would be happy with two.
Most people aren't celebrities who are charged with a brutal crime.

Amazing to think that if Alan Park had remained at the Rockingham gate, he would've seen OJ returning in the Bronco.
Ito was ignorant about dna. He should have ignored the doubts.

2. The driver is lying about not seeing the Bronci there.

It could have been OJ coming home after the murders, or it could have been OJ dropping luggage off near the driveway. This has always been misstated/exaggerated by the media.
