@@aminaV_ 1+2 is -12 frames disadvantage on block with not much pushback on block so if the Kazuya even threw a jab, which is 10 frames fast, then it could've been it right there

@@aminaV_ After the knee, he got up. You can tell that he tried to throw a jab immediately after getting up (You can slow the video down if you don't believe me). Since he would be at a disadvantage after getting up, meaning that you have a headstart on your attack before Kazuya can attack, your 12 frame fast 1+2 beat his 10 frame jab. Again, because he got up at a disadvantage and threw out an attack immediately, instead of blocking, which was why he got hit. If he didn't throw out an attack and held back instead, the 1+2 would've been blocked. 1+2 is -12 frames disadvantage on block, meaning that Kazuya can get a free hit on you up to 12 frames fast. Hopefully that made a bit of sense

Of course there are characters that are objectively strong and would place about the same place on different tier lists, but to some degree it requires a level of subjectivity. Take the attributes of different characters and make your own evaluations about whether they're 'strong' and should be nerfed. You said Lili should be nerfed and shouldn't be playing in tournaments? You're contradicting yourself... 'Nerf' means the developers should weaken her. 'Never be used in tournaments' would mean she's already weak... What are you trying you say?
