I think manufacturers should watch this video and try to put sensors in fuel pump as well, if fuel pressure drops drastically thn only other errors should be ignored and only fuel pump error should be displayed....this can be a case study for them... thankyou sirji for video
Very knowledgeable video, This was manufacturer fault and same is covered under warranty, this was the reason Maruti called back 2019-20 manufactured baleno and replaced fuel pump free of cost at Nexa centre’s irrespective whether you have problem or not. It was right decision to get it done timely.

मुकेश जी मेरे पास कार्बोरेटर वाली zen गाड़ी थी उसमे परेशानी यह थी गाड़ी थोड़ी देर चलती थी जहां भी लालबत्ती पर रुके और गाड़ी धड़धड़ा के बन्द बहुत जगह दिखाया फिर आपके जैसा भाई मिला उसने गाड़ी 10-15 किमी चलाई जैसे ही गड़ी बन्द होने लगी उसने कार्बोरेटर से वापिसी वाला पाइप हटा दिया और गाड़ी ठीक, फिर उसने पेट्रोल टैंक और दोनों पाइप लाइन clean करवाई फिर जब तक गाड़ी रही तब तक कोई दिक्कत नहीं आयी और average भी 18-19 आती थी

Yes this should be there... Rather than changing the pump customer had to replace ECM APP and Throttle body leading to costly repairs that too of no avail.. M
That's the way all car systems are built. Theres no sensor to check fuel pressure BEFORE the fuel injectors. In diesels or on cars with high pressure pumps in petrol like Audi, Skoda which have TFSI etc, the pressure after high pressure pump is monitored but not incoming from the fuel tank. Thats why in such cases you have to go back to the basics and check the bare necessities needed for proper combustion are met or not(fuel, spark, air). This is why Scan Tool reliant mechanics struggle with bare simple problems which seem complex when you dont use simple technics and simple mechanics waste time digging around 10 different things whwre a Scanner would pinpoint a direction faster.
@@pixantz exactly that's why we need experts like mukesh bhai.. We ourselves use his videos as a reference. My mechanic doesn't have the OBD scanner.. He always goes for basics first.... My car was missing a lot on CNG also engine check light was on.. Maruti guys scanned and told me to change whole injector rail that costed 34K..i went to three different dealers and all said same thing.. I was about to make the mind to install the new rail.. But i took my car to a local mechanic and he checked the rail and found one of the connector wire of injector was snapped... He did soldering of the wire and car is still working fine on CNG...

बहुत ही अच्छा मुकेशजी मेरे पास सेंट्रो 2006 he उसमे भी ऐसा प्रोब्लम था पेट्रोल मे नई चल ती थी गाडी ठंडी होती तब पेट्रोल मे 5/10km चल जाती बाकी रेस लेती पर गेर मे डालते ही बंध हो जाती तो पेट्रोल मोटर चेंज किया फिर प्रोबलम सोल हुआ
Revving out a cold engine isn't very appropriate. I've seen many of your videos, the diagnosis is good no second thoughts. But, as I mentioned revving out a cold engine is harmful, oil starvation, metal to metal contact.. There's so much more that isn't good for the engine.
It only damages the engine when the car has been standing for more than 1 week. Then every coating of engine oil comes down. If the car is started daily then no major issue in revving after starting

Ye issue mai ne guess kara tha starting me ki fuel pump ka ho sakta hai kyuki jab engine ko high RPM me ghumaya jaata hai, jab jyada fuel pump ku dena padta hai. Lekin yaha par high RPM me jaate ki cut off hojaara tha. Aur engine ka intake ka induction noise b full aara tha, tho throttle body full khul raha hai awaz se. aaisa mai ne logic apply kara tha. Mechanic tho nai hu. Lekin aapak diagnosis ka bohut bada fan hu. Car scanner me live data b aap check karsakte the.

@mdharmaraj1631 he's not revving till the red line cause the car has a rev limiter that doesn't let you go beyond 5k.

Mukesh bhai. Beautiful diagnosis. aapka diagonosis dekhke mere ku bhi bohut knowledge milta hai. Ye issue mai ne guess kara tha starting me ki fuel pump ka ho sakta hai kyuki jab engine ko high RPM me ghumaya jaata hai, jab jyada fuel pump ku dena padta hai. Lekin yaha par high RPM me jaate ki cut off hojaara tha. Aur engine ka intake ka induction noise b full aara tha, tho throttle body full khul raha hai awaz se. aaisa mai ne logic apply kara tha. Mechanic tho nai hu. Lekin aapak diagnosis ka bohut bada fan hu. Car scanner me live data b aap check karsakte the.
