    I've carried Citrine (around 3 small chunks) and a piece of Green Aventurine in my wallet for several years now. I've always found that I have cash flow coming towards me and never find myself without. I also ensure that when I cleanse the crystals I also use a sage stick around my wallet and purse to ensure that no negativity hangs around these items also. Thank you for the Video.......I enjoy watching them xx

      +Lisa Howes HI!
      Wow! Thanks so much for sharing your experience! I appreciate hearing about it. I am glad to know that you are having great experiences working with those crystals. I like what you mentioned about saging your wallet/purse. That is an important point :) I love that too as it's important to clear the energies of a purse/wallet too. :) :)

    My mother used citrine to regulate her own metabolism, that is speed it up, diminish hunger and lose weight. Worked brilliantly for her. And when I come to think of it, that makes sense.
    It is used to treat digestive and endocrine systems and balance them ( on a physical level ), and as You have nicely noted, gives us the strength and stamina to endure in what we need to do.
    For me, personally, it's also a stone of light, and I feel that it brings light in the surrounding. Hence I often place them around my room during the festivals of light. Like Christmas, New Year, Imboloc, etc :)

      Thank you for sharing your mother's experience with that stone! I agree with you that the stone brings in light as it IS a stone of light! :) I find it especially powerful too when the stone has rainbows inside. So lovely!

    Heat treated Amethyst in clusters always looks burned to me, like they kept it in for too long. I don't have a problem using the heat treated stuff but my natural citrine crystals are a lot stronger. Thanks for sharing your thoughts (and knowledge).

      @christahealing  10 лет назад +1

      Miach Rhys Thanks for your comment Miach! Yes, heat treated citrine does have that distinct colour. I prefer to use the natural citrine, as I agree with you, its energy is stronger!

    Thank you for this video, because I was in the crystal store today (20min ago) I kept looking at a orange (citrine) crystal even though I was looking at the other crystals but that one was just looking at me as if it was calling me but I had no clue what the name of the crystal. I brought anyway as soon as I got home look it up. I love my new Citrine Crystal.

    A friend gave me a piece yesterday which is very orangey color, which I heard means heat treated..thank you for answering that, should I get rid of it? I mean I do like the piece that is small troubled. I like the natural piece you have, but they are all nice, I also prefer the more natural the better. My brother loves natural citrine but says it can be very expensive, as much as like $500!
    fun story with citinre... in high school in economics class we had groups for whole year and my friend and I called our group citrine and at end of year, I won with friend as we made the most money, even just using intention of the word :)

      visionaryvoice Thanks for sharing that story! I love that! :) :) Even the heat treated citrine can be used for healing. Many crystal healers will work with natural citrine and some also work with heat treated citrine. Both are healing. It's more about personal preference of which one you like to work with more.

    Hello Christa:
    I notice that you work with natural as well as polished crystals.
    I prefer natural unpolished stones but sometimes there are one or two terminations of a quartz that have been polished.
    Do you have an opinion about the difference in crystal healing?
    Thanks
    anne

    Is heat treated citrine real Citrine though? Is it chemically the same?

    • @christahealing
      @christahealing  9 лет назад +1

      +NoeyKnowsNot Hi!
      Great question! Heat treated citrine can be used for healing, it's a bit different but similar to natural citrine. It's not exactly the same, but the heat treated does have healing properties.
      ~blessings,
      Christa :)

    • @subata000
      @subata000 9 лет назад

      +NoeyKnowsNot Chemically speaking, all types of Quartz are all chemically the same. Amethyst, Citrine, Rock Crystal, etc. are all the same chemical formula, which is SiO2. So when heat treated from Amethyst, it just changes color, so heat treated Citrine is still real Citrine because if you think about it, they are all the same. The only definition of Citrine is Orange-Brown Quartz which Heat-treated Citrine is. Unless you are a jeweler/serious collector in which HT Citrine is not "Natural" so you wouldn't want it for a collection.
