I think y’all both look great!! We put too much pressure on us and for me I get obsessed w numbers and I am a mom of two girls I’m 45 and not tall I weigh 130 and I’m 5 ft 3. I feel good 118 to 120. When u are short it’s like 5 pounds shows more. It’s sucks

Wegovy is a weekly injection to help with weight management. I’m also not super good with lots of caffeine and it’s not like that jittery stuff at all. I love it! My doctor prescribes it to me.
Try to get comfortable not being totally regimented in life as early as you can. I was completely regimented and then 13 years ago I started hitting a wall. I got very sick and lost 25 pounds in 3 weeks.....not trying to. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and lupus. I was 38. It turned my life upside down. I had to learn to literally just take one day at a time. And my body tells me what I can and can't do. I pushed so hard all my life. I regret that now. Just do your best.❤😊

I just lost 35 lb on the keto diet l am the same height as you Cindy I'm at 170 I stopped the diet for 4 months I gained 3 lbs back so I'm back on it and y'all are right seems like you just want to keep going but I'm going to stop at 160 that's my goal. Wegovy is a weekly injection to help with weight management. I’m also not super good with lots of caffeine and it’s not like that jittery stuff at all. I love it! My doctor prescribes it to me.
Try to get comfortable not being totally regimented in life as early as you can. I was completely regimented and then 13 years ago I started hitting a wall. I got very sick and lost 25 pounds in 3 weeks.....not trying to. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and lupus. I was 38. It turned my life upside down. I had to learn to literally just take one day at a time. And my body tells me what I can and can't do. I pushed so hard all my life. I regret that now. Just do your best.❤😊
