I have been regularly visiting China from 2004. Chongqing is definitely a very beautiful and extremely vibrant place. I always stay at a Harbour Plaza Hotel. Incidentally you can always have vegetarian Hotpot too. Basically Hotpot is a great specialty of this place and it’s one of the best of Sichuan cuisine. Hotpot is basically a very big pot with fire or heater’s on. You can always choose the very many available vegetables as Cauliflower Potatoes Cabbage, many types of greens and green leafy vegetables, with many different types of mushrooms and whatever else you want to choose. It is put in the Hotpot and you can keep eating. Therefore, I can share my personal experience of not having any problems eating vegetarian meals. You will find the best varieties of extremely tasty fruits etc etc.

I have been regularly visiting China from 2004. Chongqing is definitely a very beautiful and extremely vibrant place. I always stay at a Harbour Plaza Hotel. Incidentally you can always have vegetarian Hotpot too. Basically Hotpot is a great specialty of this place and it’s one of the best of Sichuan cuisine. Hotpot is basically a very big pot with fire or heater’s on. You can always choose the very many available vegetables as Cauliflower Potatoes Cabbage, many types of greens and green leafy vegetables, with many different types of mushrooms and whatever else you want to choose. It is put in the Hotpot and you can keep eating. Therefore, I can share my personal experience of not having any problems eating vegetarian meals. You will find the best varieties of extremely tasty fruits etc etc.
