I think this was her audition, while I did watch that season, I remember finding that she has 2 audition songs, so I dont know what the reason was and this song wasn't his official audition, but ironically it's my favourite performance of her that entire season. It's a popular song original sung by Eric chou, male singer, and I actually like her version more. I remember listening it on repeat so many times after I heard it. I think every time a cover managed to make me want to keep listening to it more, instead of immediately thinking the original is better and I probably won't listen to it again, is a successful cover.
