Devon never said Alex right now. After his 2nd loss to levan he said "Maybe Alex trained up, maybe Vitaly trained up..." i second that. But Alex is HUGE. he does have a chance against Levan if he uses the next 2 years correctly.
And we all saw how their match went, exactly like practice pull lmfao. Alex and devon went with quite a lot of force so their match would look quite a lot similat and as pep said if alex flop presses it can be a huge problem for devon
@@mrga5098I highly doubt it. Seeing the whole video, his left is faring much better against Alex (who's literally a strong lefty) compared to his right. In case you can't tell, that's a HUGE deal, considering Devon's left is a fraction of his right in terms of strength. Devon's definitely way weaker than he usually is, likely due to his match, weight loss, or maybe something else.
Devon coming off the biggest match of his life where his arm was trashed less than 2 weeks ago AND he’s actively losing weight it’s impressive he stopped Alex.
@@zahidibrahim4435He also had his arm ripped open by Levan through the elastic limit 4 times. That definitely takes a long time to recover from. Not to mention he is cutting weight which hampers recovery even more. Alex had an easy day with Georgi
Yeah it's just hard to quantify. Devon, whether serious or not, always seems to struggle in practice, and then completely dominates in the match. Georgi is a good example. I think he'd beat Alex, but it'd be a good match.
He did not struggle that much. He was genuinely surprised, that he got a stop on the left. On the right? Devon wins (until Alex has a crazy flop and he can't do anything about it.)
Bro it's hard for devon to beat the like of big guy with so much power like levan. Alex is also on par with levan. Devon can't beat them because of age and weight. It's not healthy for his age to gain that much weight to beat the super heavyweight.
I realllllly think there needs to more of this type of armwrestling. High level practice pulls. We dont see nearly enough of this anywhere. Im not saying like levan vs ermes practice pulls or potentially really close matchs etc but like devon whos dropping weight class vs someone like eremes whos hes not facing anytime soon type of thing. I know it would be hype and it would really show peoples potential and level. I understand concerns of showing level but theres no reason why levan cant practice pull with devon at any point now for example.
Alex vs Devon could be close match. Alex would have good chance to win. But since Devon is leaving supers, i think it will never happen. Ermes 2, Genadi 2, Morozov and Laletin. I Would loved to see those matches.
Its a practice folks....Devon used to put himself in the worst possible position for him and then try to get out of it. In a match Alex probably wouldnt be allowed to get even near a edge position for himself. Its practicing...
Devon style is more effective on a real supermatch were he is allowed to get the right setup, on a practice match he gets pinned by a few guys like pork chop. You guys remember Kurdecha practice match agains't Cyplenkov? How easy Cyplenkov beat Kurdecha? But Devon easly beat Cyplenkov, but Kurdecha gives Devon a hard time, styles matter alot, specially when it comes to Devons style. Devon made Cyplenkov and Ermes look weak but in reality they are extremely powerful, I wouldn't be surprised if Cyplenkov ends up coming on top agains't Ermes.
One proper press from alex and devon endurance will go down significantly, like levan match... Imo alex is the favourite, he wasn't even using his press in left arm as well..
Devon had a good run last year he needs some time off he overtrained for levan and lost some arm size...Alex need to juice up real hard and train real hard to even give a battle to levan and Vitaly the big boii needs to bulk uo and he might be the one to beat levan😅
Devon went ilegal king's move like 10 times in a row before getting a stop, he got totally stretched under the table to make it happen. It would be foul on him multiples times, so I don't think this video shows him as a favorite in a real fight between them.
The heavy favorite is Alex. This just in, once you pin someone the round is over and you don’t just keep pulling lol. Alex could and did crack Devon’s wrist every time when they were fresh and would annihilate him an actual match. Once again, armwrestling is a strength sport. Not a marathon. Devon is weak compared to Alex, he was only winning after getting pinned multiple times in a row then instant restarts. Bogus video and bogus analysis as usual from you.
Devon is losing weight and coming off a major investment in Levan which was less than 2 weeks ago when his arm was trashed. The fact Devon stopped him was impressive. In an actual SHW match assuming Devon got back to 275+ it’s a close match. With an actual setup in a legit match Devon also gets the advantage.
@@Dmgolfer22 lol trashed? WHAT? He pulled for less than 30 seconds total in the entire levan match… you people have got to stop making excuses for this guy being weak.

Devon commented under that video that Alex is the best hope against Levan but personally I think its not even close.
Maybe in the future, right now: I agree with.

Alex certainly has the potential to give Levan a run for his money in terms of size and frame.
