I am assuming this was made around the same time that version was created, before, perhaps afterwards. Note that the other version of My Horizon may likely be included in the aforementioned separate Chaotix mod. It may undergo a name change, or perhaps it will be a bonus song. There is no telling at this time, but it is likely to be there.

I absolutely adore how Chaotix and his Beast form get an even split for music, and the vocals and instrumental just tie it in together beautifully. I love how the other 3 "my horizon" songs are just the exact same song with a different coat of paint and this guy just went and made something that was nothing like the others, and it sounds way better in my opinion

As much as I miss the more solemn then intense face-off old mix of my horizon, this one grew on me a lot, especially when it’s an upbeat tune with a faker reference right into an intense chase tune with some aspects of the old mix thrown in as well. I like it

This sounds amazing! I really like the more upbeat first part compared to the other My horizon and the second part slaps hard like omg. Sucks that both chaotix songs are scrapped considering they both slap hard.
Whilst I definitely preferred the melancholy vibe of the old one's first phase, I must say I enjoyed the second phase a ton! The element of tension is done really nicely there, and I love all the throwbacks to the original there. Shame to see it be scrapped, but still a fantastic product nonetheless!
Avery owns the characters associated with the songs and wanted to remove them from the mod, so along with them being scrapped their songs went to, starved is the odd one out tho, Avery only helped with preys story, so the specific song for scrapped, but starved is still staying
To be honest, all the other remixes of this are just based off the Wechidna remix but with different backgrounds & vocals. But he brought back the vibes of Knuckles' Chaotix & it's well thought out. The original Sonic.EXE devs could've chosen this one instead of the same repetitive Wechidna remixes.
I love the old one a lot, but it feels like comparing apples to oranges to bring it up. Both songs have fundamentally different vibe/feel are areawesome in their own right. Though honestly, this feels more like knuckles to me.
