Not sure about that, to be honest. The profile is usually just along one alignment, I don't think you can show 2 horizontal alignments on the one profile. You can show vertical profiles for alignment that intersect with the main alignment, but that's not really what you're after. Are the 2 alignments related to each other? For example, are the kerb lines on either side of the same road?
