      English is actually a language, not a course, just like Igbo or Hausa or Arabic...

    I remember him very well - I used to admire his house around Akoka / Bariga in the late 70s - 80s when I was a student of St. Finbarr's College, Akoka - Lagos.
    He kept monkeys, baboons, and peacocks as pets in the compound back then.
    God rest his soul.
