I have the exact same problems, especially with the shower turning purple , buying certain types of shampoo that I can't afford and purple hair color fading

If u want to do colored hair u can do it so it is not really on yhe top so if it grows out u dont notice it for me mine has some on the top but it is in the middl so u dont notice it

My blue hair faded to sea green which I loved but when I applied semi-color silver lilac, my hair turned brown. I don't hate them but what will they fade into. I hope it is grey or silver. I prefer grey or silver over brown so should I start washing it regularly with sham[poo to get grey/silver or should I just wait.
I bought pink hair, i wanted pink hair, i went to a professional and looked pink when was at my head, when we washed got this color, freaking purple 😭 I'll never buy online hair color anymore
Hi, I want to ask you something. Did you bleach your hair again to apply purple dye? Or just apply it on top of pink?

I was wanting purple hair and my mom was going to help me but now I know it makes people stare and people will talk to me ☹️ I hate it when I even accidentally make eye contact with someone and now they're going to stare so I don't think I can get purple hair ☹️ and I'm not really prepared for high maintenance either

Not to mention that you can’t ever go into a swimming pool because of the chemicals it strips all the color out and turns it into gray color! Then you have to get it beached all over again!

I go this Wednesday I'm wanting to get this so bad but I'm scared to death of trying something new! Its taken forever for me to bleach my hair to this point and my hair is very finky about bleach (it must be watched) I rarely get my hair done maybe once or twice a year do to how my hair is. Do you think this is a good idea? Please someone comment is this a high maintenance? How hard will it be to go back to blonde after this? HELP!!

I'm currently watching this with purple hair lol, and 1:24 is true actually. Relatable asf, but now as I grew old I'm starting to not care about stigmas of ppl with colored hair. Btw purple hair suits you💜
:( alot of this sounds like cultural traditional judgemental family. I am dying my hair at a much later age in my life because of it, forget about harassment- just simply not allowed to.
Nude, matte, even dark greys or dark purple and any pastel pinks or subtle raspberry lips will be fine. Anything metallic or neutral on your eyes.. so many popular RUclips show different looks that are lovely like stellacini. I disagree about clothing, unless the color is very bright. Lavender is prob the most desirable haircolor imho. I think all the criticism and attention has you regretting when most of the comments including myself all think you look so damn good with the hair and it’s the color you wanted!
As for staining, I agree about all of it so I’m actually switching to permanent colors because they don’t do this as much. Color theory and color remover can help permanent colors esp pastels so I’m not worried about the permanent part.
I think you’ll find that going blonde is gonna be harder if you ever do- that sort of attention and criticism can be much more different and sometimes in a positive way but it constantly reminds how shallow and blonde/white obsessed everyone is. Some of my friends looked better blonde so I constantly encouraged them and they still blonde but we all talk about socially, the way everyone treats them is very different from flattering to constantly dealing with mean girls and everyone talking down to them like they are morons. I think colored hair especially nowadays is much more acceptable and common, I hope you learn to love it and not regret just because of attention or criticism. Guy tang also has some good ideas on how to make it more subtle like brown with lavender or pink highlights/ombré so it’s not as bold.
