    Thank you for this video. When I do it my under eyes look super swollen. But just during. It’s like a little pillow forms right with the fingers. I really believe I’m doing it right but I just want to make sure. Maybe it’s cutting off a little of the circulation and therefore becoming puffy?

    When starting and placing the tip of the finger on the cheek do you just add pressure and lift with your finger or actually try and activate the muscle with the o shape mouth?
