He is calling all who don't believe in Him according to what He has said about himself and what the Scriptures say about Him with regards to him being Lord, his being the only begotten Son of the Father, his death and resurrection and calling all who are living in sin to repentance/faith in Him. Muhammad in the quran says that allah does not "beget" (You can find that in the Quran in sura/chapter 112:3) and the bible clearly says that Jesus is the begotten son (John 3:16) and the Father clearly calls him son at Jesus' baptism(Matthew 3:17). The Quran also says that Jesus did not die on the cross and that he didnt die at all. "For I handed down to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures..." The Bible says that "The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.” John 3:36. " For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16 Jesus died for Muslims and loves them but the reality is that Muslims need to repent because of their unbelief in Jesus for who he actually is and they need to believe in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins.
