- The new airport bus service has launched - the AX (Airport Express) is provided by Metlink and operated by Mana-Newlands Coach Services (Transdev) with a fleet of brand new 10 Yutong E13 3-Axle electric buses. In this video we ride on two of these buses (#7811 and #7819) as well as watch a few out and about. Enjoy.
I wish we had more electric busses in the UK.
My local busses are Volvo Evora running the X75 route between Shrewsbury and Rhayader.
Fellow Shropshire resident I see! My local bus route is the 64 Shrewsbury Market Drayton.
Personally I don't see Arriva swapping to electric busses in the coming years unless government subsidize them. It's one thing to buy new buses but another to build charging infrastructures...

It looks good, yutong bus is no1 in china
This one looks interesting.because it was my first time seeing this yutong with a 3 axle & that it works well with this operator.
If customers want this ,yutong will build this
Since filming this, Metlink have now added stops for the AX at Hataitai.
Way better than our crappy CRRC e-T12 max
