Thanks Eunice! I was literally just this morning, thinking about trying to hang my silks from my low ceiling. I used to take them to the park and hang from a tree, or this pull up pole, that they took down :/ so I just gave up and stayed with my hammock. I'm going to give it a shot tomorrow ♥
Have you tried the progressions from You Can Do Straddle (ruclips.net/video/2rdH_VPp4qQ/видео.html)? Also 10 days workout challenge is a good start to strength your body for all the moves. I am currently doing the 12 weeks to clean up my straddles ahah the fun is endless.

Where do u get your fabric? I want to get a sling. I have low ceilings and need to invert for my spine. I don't want to get crappy fabric that's gonna get holes.
For silks, you do need to have some basic like invert and climbing before you can even take a beginner class. This is why this video opens up with a prerequisite.
