Required 2 stamina recovery skill for long distance race
Try raise SSR Tazuna friendship lvl asap until you can date her

SSR Smart Falcon (Can be replaced with other Power card)

Note:
I would highly suggest that raise her Speed to 650 and Stamina 600+ before URA Final, a 3 stars upgraded ultimate also improve your success rate. The video you seen are probably one of the most minimal requirement for winning URA race (It may fail)
