Thanks Chris. Still in India until next week, but I’m having more down time this week, so I can fire up RUclips. I’m working my way through them, and loving them. Gonna have dinner then watch a couple more, I think I’m up to week 21 💪
Love these videos Chris! I live in the Northeast (PA) which has awesome trails that I dont take advantage of like I should. Going to start hitting them when it gets a bit warmer!
I do hope you'll be updating your training plan and sharing. Really it isn't every day these kind of knowledge nuggets are dropped. Safe travels. Can't wait to grab a shirt from RR&R.
I’m in the UK- love your videos each week as I’m training for my first 100 miler in June. Enjoy your time in the UK. It’s cold here at the moment so bring your layers!! Can you show more of what you eat each day please? Enjoyed the clip you showed before of your spreadsheet (love a spreadsheet 🤗!) but would be interested to see what you actually eat. Keep up the good work!
Here is one subscriber from germany. Like your videos and to follow your path. It is awesome how you keep up the hard training, business AND family life. Respect! And you seem to still listen to your body rather than sticking to the training plan without thinking👍 Have a nice and safe trip to Europe and watch the weather forecast!😉🌦🌨
Chris - interesting philosophy on training adaptation! Ive heard about this before and interested to hear your updates over the coming weeks. Safe travels and Enjoy England (my home country, now living Raleigh, NC).
Hi Chris. Bing watching to catch up on your story. Thanks for sharing. Off the wall question: What brand are your polos? Keep up the great videos. I should be caught up in a few days.
Thank so much, Paul. I will need to look at the tag on that polo when I get home. I can't remember who makes that one. It the only one I have like that.
Great episode and very exciting with your new training program! Have a nice trip over here to Europe - I have always wanted to go to the Netherlands myself. Best wishes, Michael
Insomnia sucks. I works midnight shift and it seems like I sleep just as much on mids as I do when I am on a regular schedule. I just wake up more often. With the days getting longer, I'm able to get in more evening runs and not worrying about running in the morning after work.
Good job Chris!! I know Karl M. is a trail running beast, but how does he think just running a 20 mile long run help when training for a 100 miler? Curious how doing about a 3 hr run as your longest will get u ready to do 15-20 hrs. of running. The nutrition, possible cramping, and all really don't come into play until after marathon distance ... and if not done correct may make finishing a challenge.
May I ask how old you are and have you always been an athlete or have there been other times like with most of us? Something changed your mindset then to train etc.?
Let the binge watching / catching up commence 😜
He’s back! Hope your trip was awesome.

Great work! Keep it up.
Where in the UK and Netherlands will you go?
Girl Scout cookies = outstanding ultra fuel.
You should go for a 200 mile race after this, you don't really need to change your training, just a stronger mental.

Would love to see a "what I eat in a day" episode from you!
