Really enjoying your videos, just setting up a fishing rib to come out of Lemington and and although extensively sailed the area learning an awful lot about fishing the area, thanks again.
Thanks Adrian for taking the time to comment. As a fellow sailor myself and knowing the area from a sailing perspective I can understand the different set of skills you need! Your previous sea time will hold you in good stead though mate and you’ll have great fun on the rib 👍🏻
Hi Ed, easterlies and southerlies....yuk. Never anchored that side of the channel before, no trouble with snags ?had too many fishing from the shore that side, Dont fancy losing my anchor...LOL. Hard going yesterday too, only tiny bass in the stour but did manage a small roker by the lightships, aaand.....WHITING !! theyr'e back 🤣
Hi mate, the wind has been a pain to be honest! It wasn’t snaggy over that side of the channel. I’m guessing it’s quite clear as the water moves fairly quickly through there. The whiting are back and will no doubt arrive in their numbers very soon!!!

Hi mate, yeah it’s going well thanks. Very impressed with her. I love bonwitcos - had a couple myself and they are awesome. The bolts will be dealt with before my next trip, they are a bit further away than they look but appreciate noticing for me. Cheers mate 👍🏻

nice just to be out in the sun and calm sea, better than getting knocked about all the time
Absolutely - can never complain about a day on the water. Right choice to be sat in the calm, not getting smashed about by waves all day!
