It sounds almost like the "Darlin', I've forgotten your name" wasn't in the original script and he was actually supposed to introduce her by name but Jason forgot...based on the reaction, they loved it enough that they decided to keep it!

Yeah, You can actually hear the guys who were telling him his lines forgot the name too, so he just repeats it but adds "darling".
Or.... He was too good in acting the script that we think he accidently made a mistake

I love how they show expression when acting
These actors make it look so easy, however voice acting is a real art form!! Another thing the Oscars overlook. I love how all the actors commit to their performance and characters!! Brilliant.
I've said for a while that there needs to be voice acting categories especially since how there's a best animated film category since B and the B. Sadly that would mean a longer award show or cutting certain award acceptance speeches from the major broadcast. Overall victor acting receiving it's due is LONG overdue for sure!

His voice is really really soothing and perfect match for the sly and sexy voice for Fox!! I can hear him talk all day long in Zootopia!!
The filmmakers chose Bateman because they wanted an actor who could bring "a funny yet heartfelt side" with "a wily, dry-witted sort of voice". Bateman described his character as "a crafty, sarcastic schemer", remarking on the role's similarity to many other roles he had done since he was 12. He explained that he had said to the directors: "'What kind of voice do you guys want me to do?' And they just looked at me like I was an idiot and said, 'Just do what you do. Just talk.'"
Have you noticed that all voice actors have a good personality to them? And they're all different. That's how they do their roles so perfectly.

When she was little she was in a singing group from her school and she was kicked out, because they thought she sounded very different from the rest. Actually they said she sounded like a goat. And look where she is now.

The most important part about acting is to be the character and learn more about them. To make it easier on the prouders if you notice for every single actor who receive each roll they kind of act like these characters as if they can be real. Like for instance Jason look like a funny guy just in general so this character work perfectly, because with Nick you know how he has smart comments plus facial expression and also has a slide voice for Jason just by looking at him you can tell that he is like that in his reagular life. For Gennifer it is the same thing,she's perfect to play Judy because of her cute adorable voice. I am nit just saying it for them two i mean it for every character. 👏🏾👏🏾😊😊😊

Maurice LaMarche is a wonderful voice actor. Not considered a celebrity though. You probably have seen his work though. He was the king in Frozen. He is Mickey Mouse's rival Mortimer. For nearly 30 yrs he has been Toucan Sam for Froot Loops. He was The Brain on Pinky and The Brain. He was Kif, Calculon, Morbo, and Lurch on Futurama. He was Principal Pixiefrog on My Gym Partners a Monkey. Egon on Real Ghostbuster and he is the voice of Lexus.
Nobody has talked about the scoring sessions starting at 14:30, but these are my favorite parts of any behind-the-scenes doc. Especially here, with the next legendary film score composer, Michael Giacchino, so wonderfully inspired by Bernard Herrmann for this film. Anybody else hear "North by Northwest"?
I stayed around in the score part because the movie is playing in the background.

When the trailer for this first played in theatres, I laughed so hard I was crying at the DMV scene (Sloths) that I embarrassed my family. Such a great movie!!!
Nate Torrence hardly gets any work. All of the TV shows he was in were cancelled early and his previous movies were all forgotten about. You can tell how happy and excited he is to finally be in a big project.

These are mostly on camera actors. The true voice actors in the film were Maurice LaMarche(Mr.Big), Kath Soucie( Young Nick), and John DiMaggio( Elephant Ice Cream Shop Owner).
I swear they are all AWESOME VOICE ACTORS they fit thier roles PERFECTLY

Man if this is how respectful cast members are and supportive I want to do some of this work it's been my lifelong dream
Man, that last part when they were recording with the live orchestra... Honestly, I would love to be a part of that some day. I used to play the cello but I quit last year and not because I wanted to, but because my school didn't have a real orchestra program and that was the only place I could play. I really loved the cello. I wasn't that good but I definitely would've loved to learn more. I also used to play the clarinet and I took private lessons for a few months earlier this year but I quit in May for the same reason. Basically, my school's music program went to the dogs. But I'm gonna trying to get back into it because I go to a new school now and I want to join their wind ensemble but I have to audition lol. I also took up the guitar in March and that's my favorite instrument so far and I learned it really quickly. But my brother broke my guitar last month!!! I'm in the process of getting a new one. Basically, I really love music and I've been musicless in many respects for a while and I'm sad I had to stop playing the cello :( I'd love to study music in college but I know you have to audition for pretty much everything at that level and I'm afraid I won't be good enough. But then idk if I wanna go to college because I sing as well and my dream is to become a famous singer and put out albums and stuff. Sounds kinda dumb but I don't know how else to say it haha.
