Awesome decorating job, most of us can't afford a 4-million-dollar home or its contents, but I've been getting little ideas from your presentations, they are inspiring me while I am updating the 1968 home I just bought. The first things I have changed are all the 1968 light fixtures and water faucets throughout the whole house, and the main living quarters flooring. I have changed all the counter tops to shiny black quartz, which have a touch-different designs in the Quartz so it gives the house cohesion yet makes each room look a little different and elevates the class it gives to the house. This is scary, any mistakes can be very costly. Thank you for your wonderful ideas, I am going to put black wall paper on one wall behind the vanity for an additional wow factor.

@@StyleWithSanaz Yes, i can see you teaching some final year design students modern practical interior design trends.Usually the students cant differentiate theory and real life concepts, but you would come in and bridge that gap right?
Pretty at first glance ….. and then you look again. Breaking up that sectional created an awkward and unusable end piece. True Design takes into account peoples psychology- she failed to do so. Not only is that sectional unusable and uninviting it goes directly against her tag words or warmth and personalize. Add to that the excessive use of pillows does not invite one to sit down. To add to epic design fail the use of too many pillows on the couch creates the worst design flaw of all…. FAIL to take into consideration use by those who live in the home. Adding onto that you will note as she stands in front of the sofa how uncomfortable she herself would be to sit on that excessively low sofa and then again stand up. That entire arrangement is not transitional or traditional. The notes can continue….. watch her for colors and general ideas thou find another designer who can design a space to fit actual use

A lot of our art is custom made. You can buy a print you like and have it framed to your choice. We do that quit often.
