The closet scene in the beginning and the drone shot is FIRE. Love the transition at 4:14. Love that you showed the maps when you talk about the geography. Loved wearing your long sleeve 6:05 LMFAO
Hi Matt! Where would you say is the best place to look for sublease units? Social media? Do you see prices going down amid inflation because of so many people leaving/ have left the city over last 2 years? Lastly, is it normal to do month to month leases there? If so, what are the pros and cons? Your reply is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
For sublease specifically, I would recommend Zillow and Craigslist. Prices fluctuate depending on when you move (spring/summer will always be more expensive than fall/winter). Many people have left the city but many people continue to move to Bay Area for job opportunities. However, that may be changing now with this economy and all the tech layoffs. Month-to-month is normal when renting from a private landlord but usually not an option if you're renting at an apartment complex under a property management company. Whether or not it's better depends on your needs and situation. Hope this helps.
