In Burkina Faso if you build your house finish all your wiring you apply for electricity you pay only for bored 30,000CFA You pay for meter for 5,400CFA but in Nigeria we bought Pole we bought transformers we bought cable we pay them for connection.please can we learn from Burkina Faso
