Hi, have you noticed any performance difference after EGR and intake manifold cleaning. As I too own a Tata Zest 90PS OJT engine, facing turbo lag near 2k RPM and emits black smoke. What can be the cause? Odo is 170k as of now.
Hi, yes, the performance difference was evident after egr and manifold cleaning. Considering the odo reading of your car, I will recommend you to go for egr and manifold cleaning

I have Tata Manza Diesel Car 2014 Model.
1)AC filter below glow box was also ladened with black soot?
2) Facing a problem of black smoke coming out of exhaust when engine is accelerated.
3) Dicky got fully coated with black smoke.
Ohh that's bad, get your EGR, intake manifold and intercooler cleaned along with MAP, MAF sensors, get a new diesel, air and oil filter, check oxygen sensor for any malfunction, clean it if required, change engine oil to shell helix ultra

What are your views on abro diesel injector cleaner ? As i have purchased it yesterday for swift diesel
It's fine, will help in keeping the injectors in good shape, don't over use it and always use with full tank of diesel. Use after every 5000kms

Hi i have tata manza vx 2013model. 70k driven and regularly serviced. But some time all of a sudden the pickup will drop and automatically gets corrected after some time. What may be the issue? And is there any method to remove broken glow plug rather than removing the head?
Do u get check engine or engine malfunction light on dashboard?

Nice video brother.. Hi I’m Kishan.. I did major service of my car tata zest which has the same engine as manza. I gave for service at 80k kms to go-mechanic surat some garage which they tie up with. I told them to do service for egr and intake whole part. They have charged me 2500 in my bill for that but i think they have not done this work which you have show in the video. Please tell how to know if they have done egr cleaning service with and whole intake part. What all to note at major service for diesel engines.
Sir it's really difficult to check whether they performed the work or not without opening the intake manifold, pls let me know if your car was emitting any smoke prior to the work or not, did you notice any changes in the engine response and fuel Efficiency after the work?
hello sir, where did you get EGR cleaned? i live in ghaziabad and wanted to get the same components cleaned. I have tata manza 2012 with 1.4 lac on odo and never got these components cleaned. i've been also getting turbocharger solenoid fault code with obd sensor, pickup is reduced drastically and the rpm never goes above 2k

Hi, if the paint is orginal and no panels are replaced then it should be around 1.8 lacs, if the outer condition is not that good with multiple painted panels than 1.3 lacs and if the engine is not good then don't buy, the price mentioned above are of Delhi registration, it may vary from state to state

Diesel se kar ke paani se kar sakte hai sir but refitting se pehle dry karva lijiyega compressed air ya fir sunlight mei rakh ke
Coolant konsa dala tha ?
You can follow the owner's manual for recommendations or can go with any reputed brands like Castrol, HP, Golden cruiser, wurth etc. Always use same color (blue, green or pink) coolant, don't mix the colors. Also, please see the container if it's a ready to use mix or concentrated solution. USE ONLY DISTILLED/DEMINERALISED WATER, NEVER USE TAP/RO OR ANY OTHER WATER FOR DILUTION. Thanks 👍
And one more important thing, usually during radiator draining some air in the car's cooling system (radiator, expansion reservoir bottle, water jackets, hoses) etc. Locks the flow so during the refilling procedure it doesn't take the entire quantity in the first time so please recheck the levels of coolant after driving for 30-40 mins and keep an eye on the temperature guage.

Sir Depends upon several factors but in general agar aapki car traffic mei jyada chalti hai (stop and go type) to engine running time ke hisab se har 8000-8500kms per and agar highways pe jyada chalti hai to 10000kms par, service interval car model and engine oil quality par depend karta hai, aap owners manual follow kare and specified engine oil and interval follow kare....thanks

Hi sir, bahut saare reasons hai black smoke ke, start inspection from the following
1. Check air filter for clogging
2. Check and clean EGR, MAP and MAF sensors
3. Low injector pressure or high return flow from injectors due to clogging
4. Clogged catalytic converter
5. Oxygen sensor malfunction
Sabse pehle aap keval MAP sensor ko clean karva ke dekhe...agar woh jyada Ganda hai to fir aapko EGR and intake manifold, intercooler sab clean karvana padega....last time diesel filter kab change Kiya tha pls bataye
Use proper cleaners for cleaning, market mei sensor cleaner alag se aate hai

@@ashutoshchauhan2628 hello sir, oil kam hone ke multiple reasons ho sakte hai jaise koi gasket ya seal leak ho, turbo charger ke core shaft mei excessive play, ya fir oil scrapper piston rings ka wear, aap engine on karke dip stick se check Kare ki waha se hava and oil drops ya fir smoke aaraha hai kya…. Aap car ke exhaust smoke ka color bhi bataye pls

Sir ye aap kisi bhi achche mechanic se karva sakte hai jo aapke ghar ke paas ho, labour cost ki baat kare to yeh 1500 se 2200 tak ja sakti hai, baki agar aapko service spares ki cost pata karni ho to pls bataye...ye process thoda time consuming hai....🙏 Thanks for watching

@@manojsanap7699 sir pehle aap diesel filter change karke dekhe..agar issue tab bhi hai then injectors ka return check karvaye... injectors sahi hai to fir aap...high pressure diesel check karvaye...then... exhaust (catalytic converter) check karvaye, woh bhi agar theek hai to fir engine compression reason ho sakta hai...iske alava saare sensors (MAF, MAP, crank position sensor) etc ko clean karva lijiye

Usually good mechanics charges anything between 1000 to 1500 for egr cleaning

Hi, white smoke issue could be due to the following
1. Head gasket failure due to which coolant is getting mixed and burning along
2. If your car is consuming engine oil then - worn out piston rings or turbocharger core have excessive play
3. Oil in intercooler
4. Oil separator is clogged
5. Coolant line to AC/cabin heater have leakage
6. Clogged EGR or EGR valve motor not working
Actually there are many other factors as well, get it checked with a good mechanic and let me know what is the reason
Bahiya my tata manza is not giving average in screen it displays only 5 average its never go up like 6 ,7 why this is happening pls give solution

Sir, ye sab check karvao
1. HT coil and spark plugs (all 4 conditions and functions)
2. Throttle body cleaning and air filter check, also let me know for any DTC, check engine warning
3. Check & clean oxygen sensor (down and upstream, if installed on catalytic converter)
4. Check and clean MAP sensor (near throttle body)
5. Clutch plate wear
6. Wheel bearings all 4 (for any jam, similarly all 4 wheel brake check for any excessive resistance) try rolling the vehicle by pushing in neutral or lift it up
7. Idler bearing, alternator bearing for jam, noise, excessive refrigerant in AC system
8. Use recommended engine oil only
7. Maintain recommended air pressure only
8. Check wheel geometry, alignment
9. Always anticipate the road conditions and maximize use of vehicle interia and engine braking instead of sudden harsh breaking at high speeds
10. Follow proper gear change, and use light foot on accelerator, avoid sudden acceleration
