Why is it so simple to replace a leader of a party at IEC. Just a meer letter and they make a change. I think they must seek something more like a resolution and/or minutes and more than one signature from a party.
Note that after the IEC received the letter from Cde Khumalo, they called him to confirm and he did. Yes a letter was written by Khumalo and telephonic records have been acknowledged/accepted by the IEC. Remember that we are talking about Zuma taking over as per the standard procedure outlined in the IEC prescrips. It's done, it is only Zuma who has to write to the IEC when he steps down. No chest pain it is how things are done.
