- I went down to the country because of the coronavirus. There was nothing to do in Seoul, and stayed at home. I went to a quiet farm with my family.
shepherd's purse were growing in the field where spring was coming. My arms and legs hurt because I went around with my mom and Homi to pick up shepherd's purse .
They also made soups with shepherd's purse, seasoned shepherd's purse and barbecues.
I brought it home and made shepherd's purse pasta. Oh, it's my first time doing it, but it's also a delicacy!
shepherd's purse are not tough, and go well with pasta.
10 roots of shepherd's purse, 5 cloves of garlic, 1.5 servings of pasta, 3 anchovies, 3 Italian peppers

Add garlic and stir-fry, then Italian pepper and anchovies, then stir-fry enough.
Stir-fry the roots of the shepherd's purse and add the leaves
Stir-fry noodles and add the pasta water, then season with salt.
Add pepper and finish. It's done. (You can sprinkle cheese according to your taste.)
