- Here is a detailed review of the Jawa Perak, I tell you everything about the quality, ride and handling, performance and braking. The bike is priced from Rs 1.95 lakh(ex-showroom) and is the third Jawa bike in India. The bike can be booked from January 2020 and deliveries will start from April.

Hi from The Czech Republic, Jawa is iconic Czech brand and Perak was always the foremost, a symbol of opposition to Nazi regime and a symbol of young mans free spirit. Sadly, we were unable to make a new breakthrough, to live up to history and bring Perak back to the spotlight where it rightfully deserves to be. Im glad India stepped in and resurrected this great bike and made a stellar job. Well done Guyz! Thumbs up for India! I am only hoping it will find its way to Europe, I would very much love to have this beautiful bike in my garage too.
Wow i even more surprised by this. Those 2 words Jawa Perak themself are so indonesia. Meaning silver java in english. Well, not giving much sense but its what it is. So im curious, how did the founder come up with this?

@@VanElniv Jawa was founded by a Czech inventor František Janeček (means little Johny in Czech) in 1929 he bought his licence from german company Wanderer, hence Ja-Wa (JAneček-WAnderer). Perak (pérák) means springer in Czech.

But, height of the rider and the seat height are major factors when selecting motor bikes.

@@HopeIsAlliGot , you must take a test drive, before deciding. This 750mm seat height is too low. Got to check whether the position of your knees are comfortable.

Good to see that you have started reviewing bikes as well. I have been owning a Mojo 300 for the last 3.5 years, and since the Jawa basically has the same engine as the Mojo, I can really understand how much more fun this bike will be, especially since the cubic capacity has been increased and power has also been bumped up. You would have done better if you had mentioned the torque figure. It would also have been great if you had demonstrated the 0-60 kmph time and the 0-100 kmph time. (Most bikers, unlike car drivers, are very keen on the thrill factor.) However, one downside of this bike is, it does not seem very practical. I don't see any way we can add panniers. And if Jawa plans to come up with accessories for panniers/saddle bags, the swag factor of this bike will be gone! Good work Ashish; keep it up. Expecting a lot of more bike reviews from your channel...

@@focus4406 46000 km completed. I use it for regular commutes to office as well as on long tours. It is an amazing bike. Have done a maximum of 875 km in 16 hours (inclusive of breaks) with pillion and luggage. Amazing bike with a lot of potential. (Nowadays my rides have gone down in number as I am using my car more frequently to tour long distances, otherwise I would have completed another 20000 km on the Mojo).

I was about to buy.. Classic..but..i think i should wait..for this..
I am also confused.... But to thing are stopping me from buying JAWA ,, firstly its exhaust / silencer voice is weaker then RE ,, secondly its single seater ,, 3rd i am getting RE 350 classic sand storm on road at 200,000 and this will touch 240,000 ... RE is common now a days other wise i would have choosen RE at first Go....

I like the looks of this bike except the exhaust sound.i have no problem with the single seat as riding without a pillion feels more free and relaxing.i am confused with RE 650 as I feel the tyres of 650s are a little too thin for the body when u look from behind.
