Steve 👋great comparison video. I have my first Monin coconut Purée open about 2 months now and it’s still perfect. Will keep you updated 👍🏻

I got a sneaky suspicion these will go as long as ODK... like years. BUT, it'll be interesting. I'm pretty confident they'll easily last 3-4 months though, and if you can't use on in that time, then somethings wrong.

STEVE!!! This was very interesting!!! I made a coconut syrup (Coconut water+sugar) that I tried in a Pina Colada. It was just ok. Totally diff when I used Cream of coco. I wish I had more options....

I have only had coco Lopez and Real. Real was a bit more sugary. After I use any coco Lopez, I add some white rum to it and keep it in the fridge and it last a very long time. Since I blend my pina coladas….but even in a daiquiri… I’ve never needed crème. My pina colada is 2 plantation 3 stars, 2 pineapple juice, 1 coco Lopez, 1/4 lime juice and 1/8 orgeat. Now I want to try it with Plantation original dark or Pusser’s or some blend.

Thanks for the details have been eyeing Monin Puree for a while. On the Canadian Monin site they state 90-180 days if not using the pump or pour spout. Something to consider when storing long shelf is the screw cap and tight to keep out anything.

The Monin Purees only come with Pour Spouts in the UK.

    Great video Steve 👍
They’re using Monin on this RC cruise but blend it (not flash blend) so comes out more like a slush which isn’t great imo 😏
Watching these videos whilst sat chilling is the icing on the cake 👌
