Hi guys, I notice some people having issue on the humidifier.
A. not working / no mist
solution:
1. try another micro usb cable
2. make sure to give enough moist or soak the filter properly
3. check if you have properly insert the tube
B. Scented or Aroma oil
- use only soluble scented / aroma oil
- do research on the soluble oils
C. Does not cool a huge room
- please take note that humidifier this small can cover small area
D. What water to use?
- use only distilled, purified or filtered water
- do not use mineral, boiled or tap water (if you are lazy or busy to clean)
Do you have any recommendation for soluble oils other than young & living?
The English instructions say NOT to use distilled water. Only tap or mineral water. Since my water is filled with minerals I don’t see this humidifier lasting very long. I will update if it stops working and the details.

@@taufiqmunir2520 Hello Taufiq, any oil as long as soluble to water. What it means is that the oil is not strong to damage your device. best practice to wash and clean your device if used regularly.

My original intention for this humidifier was to use it for plants that require high moisture levels. After using it in my room, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxtD9aJ2m6GU-X1IChQxjn9l31K1A7Kpwj however, I think that's where it is going to stay in the fall and winter season at least. The increased humidity in my room made the room warmer and more comfortable. I had first ran the humidifier for 4 hours with the timer setting for it. After the first hour, I checked my room and can feel the difference. When the full 4 hours was up, I checked again and noticed that the humidifier was shut off as it is suppose to. The moisture level never seem to get passed 56/57%. I then let it run until all the water is used up, which it wasn't all used up. There are still some left in the base that you are not suppose to add water to. I filled up the water tank all the way again, being careful when removing it from the base. Some left over water may spill out. After putting it back on and setting the unit to auto, I let it operate. It didn't stop running, rather I don't know if it did at any point since I didn't check it regularly, for 24 hours after which the water in the tank ran out. The moisture reading never passed 56/57%, which may be a good thing for me. Being situated right next to my bed, the noise was not very noticeable with the occasional water gurgle from time to time as the unit ran.

Bro my spring is stuck inside and doesn’t come out and even if I use a pen or needle to try put it back into place it just doesn’t stay properly. The spring is literally deformed and it’s too tight for the spring to move freely, and smoke does not come out of it at all.

you don't want alcohol in the air, choose an essential oil wit the scent of your choice (lavender, lemon, eucalyptus etc..)

Hi Akina, i am not pretty sure but I recommend you try another filter and use distilled or purified water.
Observe and if the same result, possible device faulty or problem on the device itself.
What if the top was broken in the mist wont come out..need help
Hi Helen, if top part is broken, you may need replacement or buy new one.
Buying new one is more cheaper I think than repairing and buy parts.
had problems with my one.. The rubber gasket that seals between the lid and cup stretched and couldnt get them to seal again
How unfortunate CLOCKWORK. I would suggest use something like super glue. to support the top cover and the rubber gasket. Since we only need little force to apply vacuum.
Happened to mine. Remove the top of the humidifier with the rubber gasket and let it dry. It will kinda go back to normal after.
I have had the same problem after using for 3 weeks. Now the gasket is loose and wont fit correctly.?? I tried to let sit out for a week now and it’s still loose. For me personally I noticed it got loose after the fact that I used an essential oil so maybe that had something to do with it.? Thank you for the information.!

Hello Lara J. It really depends on how often you use. Everyday use is recommended to change every 3 to 4 months. But technically, if you smell something awful that it is time. Also if you notice any darkening at the filter.
I bought 2 of these thinking these didn't work but I'm getting same results both times. I don't get it I literally did everything in this video step by step and nothing seems to be coming out? No mist? Can someone please advise?

So I decided to use new essential oil (demm the price is much moree expensive than this diffuser alone 😂) and it turns out nice so far. I’m new to this diffuser thingy, so i just realised the difference btwn fragrance and essential oil.
So yeah mybe the bad smell coming from my own water i guess damnn i use cuckoo never thought it smells that bad lol

You are right. There are other factors to check when encounter awful smell.
1. Water
2. Oils for fragrance
3. Contaminates container
4. Swab filter
Need to check one by one
Cleaning with soap normally solves the problem when replacing filter is done
@Calypseeee about the oil you mentioned, sorry I dont use oil. I like it plain like early morning dew or fog on the rain.
There are a lot of oils online but better read reviews and consider soluble oils only

Hi Acuegra, for my device available color is white for the solid and the rainbow multi-color. I am not sure on other device but I believe some device have since people have different taste and manufacturers do surveys for the products.

@@tinachen6588 THIS IS THE BEST ANSWER. MINE was dying only one puff then nothing. You press it 2x's after its turned on.. then the flow is in intervals or constant. And if u do use oils .. only a few drops is necessary. Vehicles are small and don't need much

Hi, yes you can. I think that will do the trick to kill bacteria. Whats important is to clean your humidifier to avoid contamination.
Its like stagnant water left for few days. Now this is a No No. That is why cleaning is important. May not be always but regularly.

To be honest, when i wake up, the device was already turned off and when I lift, it is near empty.
My conclusion, yes it is possible that it may turn off due to no water for the mist because I was using powerbank and it still had 2 bars out of 4.

Hello Shahz, good question. I have no definite measurement but I stay it away from any device as possible. Although I tried 1 month observing and position it close like infront of me with peripherals, monitor etc but so far no issue on this small humidifier. Having it said, I think it is not a good idea close to any electronic devices.

Hello Doroteja, I am not quite sure about the product you bought but the logic is, if you use tap water, mineral water or any water that is not filtered or did not undergo any process to clean and separate natural minerals, your device will end up contamination due to its natural substances. But if you are cleaning or properly using the humidifier, then you are fine.

Hello Khaynel, do not worry. You can use any type of water. It differs only when cleaning and for instance you left unclean for few days.
Mineral or tap water when left unclean tend to have more contamination rather than distilled

depends on what other benefits you want. if you use it with tap water(which is always more dirty) or mineral water, these both can release some minerals for the body. so if you use distilled water then you only get plain water which humidifies the place.
I think you can use any water as long as you do cleaning often but distilled has less substance compare to tap or mineral water so less cleaning and contamination if left for several days. I guess

Hello Roisin, you may want to check the following:
1. Cable - try other cable sometimes this works
2. Test the light, - once plugged in with powerbank or any power source, press and hold the button, check if light works
3. No mist - try to soak filter for longer time 5 mins
If still doesnt work, I am afraid issue on the product

The inside of mine kinda melted. It gets sticky after a while. Like sort of clay. I think this thing does not like alcohol based fragrances.

Hi Ivan, I am a bit worried on what you have said. Since this device is affordable, there is possibility that the plastic or rubber cannot stand other tough chemicals. perhaps just use other fragrance and alcohol free.

Normally one press activates the mist or spray.
then if you press again it produce interval spray then last press to turn off.
so lets say you press button once and wait for the mist then hold and press button for the light.
you may also check the top circle if water is blocking

Technically, it is wise to use distilled water if you seldom clean the device. Mineral and tap water has natural substances that contaminates if left for long period of time causing bacteria, or bad odor smell.
It doesn't mean you can't use mineral or tap water. It is more like " prevention is better than cure "
