Felt like a little ASMR cleaning this morning in shop

- ASMR has been known to calm people down, obviously depending on what it is you’re watching… which makes perfect sense considering vibrations and tones tend to dictate our instinctual reactions almost immediately… have you ever wondered how the same word can feel different? I always use “hey” as an example. Now I can put on a happy face and say “hey!😁” and you’ll assume me to be welcoming… or I can put on an angry face and say “HEY!😡” and it will likely trigger a fight or flight response in you… how I got over my fight or flight response? Well, it wasn’t through ASMR videos but it was definitely a big start… I was able to settle my fight or flight response but using calculated frequencies. Not to be confused with Binaural beats. I’m talking one tone in one ear, a slightly different tone in the other and the sound of literal waves crashing behind it and me sitting with myself doing breath work for a good 2 hours.
You may say to yourself that you don’t have 2 hours to spare to embark on these types of journeys and to that I say that you have made some wrong decisions to put you into a position where you can’t even find 2 hours out of your day to start regulating your own mind… to the people who have done it, they will hear this and only see it as a conscious choice to remain chaotic.
Not worth it. Start breathing consciously. Don’t breathe just because that’s what you think your body is just “doing”.
