@Ryan Randone What this boils down to is an arrogant Ohio State fan base who thinks their team is God's gift to college football. They disregard the fact that historically they have a losing bowl record, is 2-10 against the SEC in bowl games, 0-7 against FSU & Clemson of the ACC, lost to FSU in the Shoe 2 times with in the period of a year, lost to LSU for the BCS national championship & would have lost to them again in this last championship game. Also Ohio State on purpose does not have an in state rival which gives them a recruiting advantage being the state of Ohio only has one team that can compete for the national championship. Advantage Ohio State in recruiting and making their schedule easier than other states who have multiple teams capable and who have won national championships. Ohio State has lost it's regional pride by having 30% of their team coming from the South and has a severe co-dependence on the state Texas in order to compete. They should drop the name Ohio and just call themselves the Bucks. Clemson a team 4-0 over the Bucks has 90% of their players coming from the South which gives them regional pride and may have something to do with THE Clemson Tigers being 2-0 over the Bucks losing to The ClemsonTigers in 2 straight championship games.. I wonder how mid-west Ohio State would be if 90% of their players were from the mid-west? Not so good I would guess....

I agree. Some games we(UGA) lose. I think they wouldn't beat us again. LSU was going to beat us 10/10 times. I still loved our team when we played for the championship against Bama. Wish we would have gotten that, but oh well.

Let’s be fare, unbiased, and as fans that love college football ask ourselves Does this years LSU team rank up there with The Nebraska team that beat Warren Sapp’s Miami team and the 2001 Miami team? I think it’s a legit question to think about. I know it’s different era for many reason but look at the resume- Texas team that was at its healthiest at that their place, Florida, Auburn, Alabama team at their place where they never lose, Georgia, Oklahoma, and a Clemson team loaded with talent and experience that is so well coached that it is hard to comprehend that was the defending national champion and on a 29 game winning streak. You saw what a healthy LSU defense is capable of doing its last 5 games, Joe Burrow has the greatest college football season for QB with maybe the best or second best WR core of all time- Maybe they are greatest of all time or not- but you have to consider it!
Nickolas Caldarera the game is QB-friendly and he threw it to stud receivers. He is overrated. He gets yards by throwing it more to everyone else.

I’m so happy being from Ohio , I feel we are always counted out. Of course , I wanted my buckeyes to win the championship, but I’m extremely happy for Joe Burrow . I know that it was not his fault that he did not play for OSU. It does not matter what conference your team is from. I just witnessed the greatest season from a college quarterback , I don’t think it’s close. Also, this is a Top 5 College football team ever .

Beat half the Top 10, have the greatest QB season ever, easily out-scored both playoff opponents’ total defense, and held both playoff opponents well below their average points-per-game. Ended a team’s 29 game win streak. Scored the second most points ever on a Saban-led Bama team. The ranked teams they beat in the regular season went 4-1 in bowls. This is objectively one of the best college teams of all time.
Only three teams even pushed LSU. Texas, Bama and Auburn. Ehlinger with 400 yds passing 4 tds and 75 rushing and 1 td was/is better than Lawrence ,against LSU for sure.
First game of the season if I'm correct. However you slice it both teams were getting the wrinkles out against top 20 competition.
