Yes they work very verrrry hard..their usual schedule is 12 or 15HRS of dance practice then the rest is something like vocal testing...etc.....sometimes it's really extreme so they only get about 1or 2 HRS of sleep
This guys have worked hard for there succés, beacuse the are from a small Company, the didnt have the budget to promote themeself like bigger Companys. The where told the never gonna make it, but the struggled and train like crazy to show people. The all live together for 8 years, there first dorm the all sleept in one bedroom. Today the just moved to the most expensive apartment in Seoul, the still want to live together for the see theme self like brothers

I know I'm late to this, but i just thought I'd mention this. When you said it seems like all the members get their chance in the middle, from what I've seen in kpop the person in the middle is usually the one rapping/singing at that time, the choreo is literally shaped around each persons part. The choreographers for kpop groups usually do a good job with this along with giving members about to do something intense (like an intense/long rap or a long/high note) a chance to rest or catch their breathe beforehand.The only time I've really seen a part when the person who's singing isn't in the front is when its a short part immediately after someone else's part and then it goes back to the other persons art, like in the Dope MV when it seemed like Jungkook did jimin's high note (Jimin does the high note in the original but Jungkook does it live from what I've been told, correct me if I'm wrong please.) sorry for the wall of text, I just thought I'd let you know and share my thoughts.

I dont if you noticed but even though they have a hard choreo, they don't actually look exhausted at all.
