I think it's a must visit just plan ahead and hopefully get a decent price hotel. If I was travelling alone I would just pay for a decent hostel room. Food is cheap in Hawker centers and delicious. Super clean city, really walk friendly as well.
That bathtub was a pleasant surprise with a sky view. We will be using our credit card points for our hotel stay in Singapore. You're right, its crazy expensive for hotel rooms in a decent location in Singapore.
Nice to use the miles that helps out tremendously. Food is cheap as you know so I think it balance out but still would go there longer than a week due to the cost
Everyone speaks English in Singapore Ira, very multicultural city, only drawback is the cost of hotels. Food though can be found on the cheap, Super clean city and easy to get around or walk
Thanks for the weekly motivational video bro. I always considered Singapore a little out of reach for me price wise, but would love to still visit eventually. 🙏
Nice! I thought about doing a version of that trip. Now I think I will fly, haha. I would have thought about just passing on it all together after seeing the prices but that indoor treetop walk looks amazing and worth the trip..
Another excellent adventure ! I have a nephew that lived there back in the mid 1990's . I think he still travels between there and Manila. The orchid gardens really seem worth the trip to me. I planted an avocado tree in my yard in Clarkview, and it grew up over the roof in under a year. I hung a couple of kinds of orchids from the branches and they grew like weeds ! Are you just kind of chilling, like us retired guys are entitled to do or are you back in some kind of grind ? Anyway thanks for the video, I like these lots more than the old nighttime walks down Fields, they're a LOT safer !
Thanks John! My grind is logging too many air miles to all these locations, that is the only bad part of the journey. Not a fan of flying and subject to occasional anxiety attack on them. With that said I love to travel so just have to deal with it to get to places i love.
JR thanks for sharing your adventure👍🏾!
Our pleasure, Thanks for coming along Skip!

Singapore is on the list for a short visit but I’m just going to go ahead and fly in.

Greetings guys, Singapore 🇸🇬 from the eyes of a keen photographer, great sights and eating but at a price, keep up the great work 😉👍🏾🍷
Thanks Paul, it has some very scenic areas and yes can be very pricey
I’ve been there way back 2019. Would love to go back with my husband .
It is a fun place to visit! Thanks 4 watching!

Couple nights wont be too bad for cost if you fly to there from somewhere budget friendly like Thailand or Malaysia. Thanks Platinum!

I blew that place off first 2 visits but it was great place to visit. Singapore has some amazing scenery and cheap food to be had at hawker centers.

Mexican and Shake Shacks, seem to be everywhere.
I find them even if they are hiding LOL

whats up J R its me. Singapore looks super clean. What is that the most expensive place in all of the Asia World. Take care brother. Keep em coming.
For anything but food I would say its Singapore, Japan comes in a close second. Real estate, homes, even hotels in Singapore are crazy.
And the air fare from Clark won't break the bank.
Very true Kenny, I believe there is 2 airlines going there now
Did u say Sunday? Thats Maid day, most Maids are off, therfore u see the Maids party!
Sounds like a home maid party
