The wrinkling happened to me a lot at first as well, it’s often because of too thick of a layer, even if you think it wasn’t too thick, if you want opacity just use two very thin layers, buuuut it could also be because of your lamp, most likely a combination of the two. So maybe try changing your lamp, it might help :)
hiii quick tip. youre supposed to do the blush effect little by little. youre adding too much product at once. youre supposed to add a little, sponge it, cure, and keep repeating until you build it up to the desired effect. hope this helps!!!

I did the sponge technique on a black base, but you need to do a sponge layer in white first so the colored gel will show. I love that c0rp$e bride too. Such a pretty & fun design.
Hey! I’m a nail tech of a few years, try curing your gel on your lamp’s “low heat” mode. What’s happening is your lamp’s light is curing too fast on top but not curing underneath (gel shrinks as it cures). Sometimes it can happen because of a layer that’s too thick as well, but try a low heat mode and hopefully it’ll solve your problem! Also cat eye- I would research polarity in magnets! Different magnets push or pull from different ends, round magnets pull from the end, rectangular magnets push from the large flat side. Try using the small end of your rectangular magnet and that should help your cat eye! Love love watching your videos 💓💓

I know you just got one from ali/temu and it's beautiful but I know for me...they weren't keeping up-especially if it hadn't been recently charged(maybe try plugging it in when you use those gels?) Those gels are so pigmented too though so you have to do super thin thin layers!! The struggle is real girl!! Lol ❤❤

Great set it looks so beautiful! On the cat eyes, I have the same problem, try going a little faster and not as often it might help. That’s what I’ve been trying, and it seems to work, and on the blush effect, try putting polish on a pallet and dipping in. then putting it on the nail. That way you can control how much polish you have on the sponge. Just some stuff I’ve learned while doing my nail journey watching RUclips, but that I still suck at LOL. 😂
Loved the nails. Your work is always so good! On the blush nails I just use the top coat like a blooming gel, add the top coat, don’t cure then put a drop of the blush color in the center of my nail and let it spread a few seconds then use a little brush to spread out the edges so it’s even and where I want it then cure. But I do like the smoke idea as well… I’ll have to use that sometime.

Im sorry if this is unsolicited and I'm sure you figured out cat eye gel since posting this video a while back, but one thing I'd suggest is holding the magnet at a 45° angle underneath and to the side of the nail. I noticed you were holding the magnet slightly above the nail at an angle pointed downward which disperses the magnet particles. When I figured this out it was a game changer for me lol
to get a better blush ombre, I've seen some ppl apply a top coat or blooming gel over the nail and put a drop in the middle of their color to create that look!! I personally haven't tested it out but maybe you can!! 🤍
i recommend a strong lamp because when i first started my polygel wouldn't cure and my gel wrinkled. I got the SUNUV 48W UV LED Light on amazon and have had it for 3 years and its AMAZING

Honestly I think it’s because I hate doing multiple coats (cuz I get lazy lol) so I convince myself that laying it on a little thicker will make it more pigmented and eliminate the need for extra coats. But yeah not always the case.. I hate when it wrinkles 😖
