Since young I always puzzled about why the one in black suit did not control the black lion but it salad controlled by the one in red suit. Same logic goes to Red Lion and Blue Lion.
@@remob316 Yeah but even in the American version the colors were still off. Keith wore Red and piloted the Black Lion, Lance Blue and piloted Red Lion, and Sven wore Black and piloted Blue Lion. Unless you meant the 2000's Legendary Defender reboot. In that yeah for the first couple seasons the colors matched up but after awhile they switched it up and took after this 80's version with certain pilot's not matching their Lion's colors.

Yeah they managed to save him by using Shirogane's younger brother Ryo and making him Sven. They did look similar enough to pull it off.
