    After the hurricanes this past weeks, a family dog, a border collie, FOUND his family member, an 11yo boy, who was in a mudslide! I have a mini-dauchshund, and she is fearless to the point of stupidity! lol! You must get a dog, best if you rescue from a shelter. You will regret not doing it sooner!

    I love dogs. They are the best. Even the little dogs can be more vicious. Oncei had a pug ( she was killed by a truck hit and run) I had to call police bc someone was trying to break in my house and that fat little wriggled face angel went nuts whi h scared off the intruder. When the police , like 5 officers came and my dog went after him and bit his ankle. Thank God the officer understood she was protecting me. She had no fear. She protected me like she was a pit bull! They protect their masters at all costs.

    Haven't you noticed the obvious cruelty of most of the videos?? That's dumb people getting their dogs to chase, molesting other animals. Because they are not trained. Danger for wild animals and to themselves. Has nothing to do with protection - just ignorance and laziness.

    I honestly don't know what I would do without my dogs. They are like family/my kids. I have 2 and both are registered as emotional support animals. (I suffer with anxiety and I'm an introvert) They bring me peace and companionship. Do your research before adopting a pet. Different breeds have specific characteristics and needs. But I highly suggest getting one!

    A lot of this footage is from dodgy zoos, and worse. One of the later ones, with the dog in with the big cat, which seemed to have a hold of its leg and wasn't letting go, in the background was a boy/small adult kicking a black panther through the cage. No responsible zoo would allow that, or would put a dog in with a big cat. Many of them, people are filming, and you can hear people in the background, not being fazed when predators that could rip their dogs to shreds are encountering them. I find these difficult to watch and they generally just make me angry so, to be honest, I don't really enjoy watching these and often switch off part of the way through. I don't feel they should be supported by reposting and watching.

    @Kabir I highly recommend looking into Samoyeds if you can find any. They are amazing dogs for a multitude of reasons, but their pure joy and friendliness is a beautiful thing to encounter. They do need a decent amount of excersise, so multiple walks a day or sometime at a dog park or something will be necessary, but, you seem like the kind of guy that would do those things naturally anyway. I've always had Females, but I've heard the Males are amazing too. Females are significantly smaller though, around 40 - 45 pounds, I think? While males are closer to 70.

  • @mildredpierce4506

    Dogs do not realize that an opponent is bigger than him. That’s why you may see a tiny dog not back down for a much bigger dog.

    If you live in a flat, big dogs are the best bet. Contrary to popular belief, most big dogs require less exercise, are less vocal, and more sociable than small dogs. That's a generalization of course, but do your research and get the right one for you. It's worth it.

    Never had a dog? You need to get one. Also, look for videos of dogs being tested to see what they'd do to protect their owners (like people hired to break in" to see how the dog reacts) and they film it. It's interesting and funny and that'd be a good thing to react to.

    Please don't use the vids of dogs being put next to tigers/lions, etc. I understand the ones where ethe dog ran out, but the ones with the injured dog barking at lions and the one where the cubs were with the dog, that is humans putting dogs in horrible situations to watch them get eaten. Don't give those disgusting people one dime for the vids they are creating.

    • @Cuzzys2nd
      @Cuzzys2nd 6 дней назад +5

      Wait, the ones with the lion cubs was at a zoo, they do that. At the zoo, they put large breed dogs with baby lions, tigers, leopards and cheetahs- ESPECIALLY cheetahs- as companion dogs when fostering. It's been years that they've done so as a habit; you can tell because the dog's not barking their heads off at them. Heck the dogs will stay with the cheetahs on exhibit with them all through their lives, and occasionally with the Tigers too depending on the zoo! It's so they have appropriate-sized playmates and calms anxiety...

    • @mazzy2121
      @mazzy2121 6 дней назад +2

      @@Cuzzys2nd A cheetah, yes. I have seen that. There is NO credible zoo that would put a dog with lions. These are roadside zoos which are notoriously cruel. Not to mention that we don't even know if these are in the US so even the cheetahs could be an inappropriate combo if some horrible person just wants to show a big cat ripping another animal to shreds. Those lions are 100% going to eat those dogs. As will tigers. There's no world where a lion or tiger just casually lives with a dog.

      @@mazzy2121 I agree that footage of improper care for wild cats and other animals shouldn't be shown. But it's simply *NOT* true that dogs and big cats can't get along. Lookup Bonedigger and Milo. Milo is a dachshund that's friend's with a lion.

    • @mazzy2121
      @mazzy2121 4 дня назад

      @@pacmon5285 Again, no accredited/reputable institution would put a dachshund with a lion. Full stop. Just because you saw it doesn't mean it went well or worked out well for the dog or that the animals are at a reputable institution. Cheetahs are like big house cats. Lions and tigers have a natural prey instinct that will never be superseded by the anthropomorphized belief by a human that these animals are "friends". What you think you see is a play on your emotions rather than your intelligence. We KNOW this is improper care.Signed- animal professional care giver at a reputable institution for almost 20yrs!
      And for this reason, as much as I love this channel AND I realize that this engage right now is boosting this video, I would ask everyone that even on their most beloved channels, if you see something like this: STOP watching, do NOT "like" and simply ignore the video. We do NOT want to boost animal abuse, even if the creator had no intention of doing so.

You are delusional and if you want to continue showing your lack of knowledge on this subject there's nothing I can do about it.
