At lvl 4 you will realize that Karina's skill 2 has more damage than her ult... So whatever the combo, ensure you use your skill 2 before you trigger her passive first... Basically s1, BA, s2, BA, Ult, BA, Ult phase 2, s2. They should be done but if not... Finish them off
