Cat D6T arrival and unloading, pushing dirt, and loading and leaving. Here's a cab view of the same truck hauling a Cat 12H maintainer: • 89 Kenworth with Big C...
BRAD MORGAN Thanks! That was me driving and running the dozer. I don't have a lot of experience on the dozer but I consider myself a perfectionist and I won't haul anything if it's not perfectly center. Usually I can get it by myself in 1-3 tries. But with the camera pointing at me I guess it made me a little nervous!
You are messing with the blade too much. Set your height and try not to muck with it more than you need to. It takes thousands of hours to get good. You are on your way to being a great operator.
As cool as those pipes sound, our 'noise' laws where I live, would prohibit that. The pipes sound great here in the open countryside, but imagine that sound in and around neighbourhoods and towns. I can see the advantage of having a 'spotter' there with him to help in loading and centering the Cat on the low bed. This is a well done video. Great sounds and action all 'round!
I live in a small town and the noise of diesel straight pipes on local trucks is just obnoxious. I can't believe the driver wants to listen to that all day. Maybe I'm getting old!
That's just the haul truck running pretty much within a 60 mile radius. Very rarely is he in it more than an hour at a time, and rarely on a daily basis.
Did not separate topsoil, maybe not required for this job, pushed in second gear more than I care for, not exactly how I run my show but good video nonetheless
It's a Live Oak. It's about 4.5' in diameter. We estimate it to be around 200 to 300 years old. We have a bigger one on the place that doesn't have as big of a canopy, but is 5.5' in diameter.

Yes the pipes sounds great and ever one bitch about the noise but even one thanks that a hog sounds cool they never think about the noise they make the truck I quit if you ask me
Had I brought my dozer onto someones property I would have at least made some attempt at cleaning it down , especially the blade which had heaps of potentially weed infested material on it .
The pump was wore out. It was replaced shortly after this video actually. You had to crank the engine up to 2k rpm to lift the dozer. Anything less and it wouldnt lift.
I'll let you go ahead and teach me. I'm listening. It's not like you can see the trailer....and it pulls like crap when it's not center on the trailer. Taking 5 mins to center it up is worth it knowing itll ride great balanced on the trailer to the next job AND the DOT man loves a center load as well.
The dirt was for a pad for a new house. The first clip of him pushing was removing the topsoil from where the pad is going to be. That big pile at the end of the video was about 1000 cu. yards. of dirt. It's way cheaper getting it off your on land (if you have it), rather than having it hauled in from off site.
Negative. Hard to tell in the video, but it left with 4 chains and ratchet load binders just like it arrived. Just didn't film the process of removing them when it got there or putting them back on before it left.
That T800 sounds incredible
Nice setup u have there. Screams south Texas all day long.
Not bad for a one man team!
The operators detail to accuracy on loading the dozer was the best I've saw in a while. The guys that work for me just usually try once

@@connorneuse2448 You did a nice job which shows your level of commitment.
Sunshine, a powerfull teddy bear on the trailer and a lovely tractor , life is good 🧐
Straight pipes sounds good
Nice video. I would love to have an equipment like this.
Cool video. Great sound from those straight pipes 👍
Kkkkk
For those who like the sound of the truck, here's an in-cab video of it hauling a Cat 12H maintainer: ruclips.net/video/q9RaaBUYKvo/видео.html
You need to clean yo blade off when you truck it ,in Tennessee that would be a 500 dollar fine if a trooper saw it

Thanks! The only available spotter (me) was too busy doing the filming. LOL!

Naw Andrew,...you're not getting 'old' I think you are just wiser to the damage to hearing that can 'creep' up on us all from sources such as this.
I wouldn’t live where you can’t listen to a diesel purring. Sounds like a liberal anti American state to me.
Love those dynaweld trailers

Nice truck
Nice dozer I wish I could drive it
..always success 🇮🇩 sukses selalu
Judging from the live oaks and other scrub around the area, this looks like somewhere around San Antonio, probably south.
East of there. Hallettsville.
Where was this video taken ? Love the T800 and the dozer sound🔥🔥🔥🔥
Outside of Hallettsville, Texas.
That is one awesome tree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello new my friend....nice video .....likes
For those of you wanting more of the truck I just posted a video from inside the truck

Good 6 Drive
How come he has the idle set so high? Sounds like a little excessive to me but none the less sounds good
For the PTO to run the hydraulic pump to operate the trailer.
@@greyghostkoga oh ok, yup I know the reason for it, was just curious about the high rpm's, but it must have to be set at that to lift the weight
Try not to run up the PTO past 1000rpm ,very hard on pump
More of that truck too

Не уверен насчет лошадиных сил. Но вес этой машины составляет 25000 кг.

@@connorneuse2448 what was the purpose of making that dirt mound

Is that your dozer?
No. It belongs to the Sand and Gravel company my son was working for at the time.

Somebody teach that kid how to load that dozer!!

Puts gloves on to plug in a line? Just retire it's not a job for you clearly.
Just because you're a truck driver doesnt mean you have to live like one. Who wants grease and dirt all over the steering wheel and shifter?
Me proves I worked and ain't nervous to get dirty
Nothing wrong with wearing gloves to keep the inside of your truck from being sloppy pig sty
