Actually ur videos are really informative & helpful. You deserve more views , like , comment ,share & subscribers on your channel . i think you need to find out which kinda problem have on you channel ,then fixed this problems🥰🥰🥰
I’m great thanks. This is a great vid! Couldn’t agree more. Sometimes a persons actions are devoid of thought for others, like you said usually those actions have nothing to do with you. Understanding that is the first step to moving on and not needing closure. I feel like closure is sometimes an excuse to hold on to that person (particularly relevant within an unsuccessful relationship). Very human to want closure but I find that it rarely helps.
@@arooney4317 i couldn't have said it better myself!! seeking closure in some situations is often a thinly veiled approach to hold onto someone. and i agree, it is very human to still want closure.
Love the analogy with the burning yourself on the pan , resonates so much 🫶🏻
right?! this analogy changed the way i perceive anger and helped me cope with resentment and holding grudges❤️🩹

This is such good info!!! Definitely the same with making up scenarios, when really it’s nothing to do with us at all! ❤
it’s perfectly understandable to want to comfort yourself with potential reasons as to why something happened🩵
