In this episode: Wyatt is less than thrilled when Quinn shows up on his doorstep bearing news that she thinks will help her smooth things over with her son. B&B ruined their relationship. When Hope first came, to the show, she called Ridge dad and Ridge called her his daughter. I will forever think that B&B missed an opportunity to bond Steffy and Hope as sisters. The rivalry should have been between Hope and Aly. With Ridge and Thorne fighting over their daughters. That would have given Thorne a story line. I would have tried to cast somebody that looked like a young Darla and have her befriend Amber could have given her advice on how to get Liam while Steffy would have helped Hope. Plus Steffy and Aly would have been at odds because of what Taylor's did to Darla. I also would have hooked Amber and Thorne up and given them a great love story.
MsRain123 the writers have no idea what they’re doing. This show is driven off the cast members being in control rather than the producers and writers.

@@prestonrcasey The only one who is in charge is Brad and he writes what he wants. This idea that cast members are in charge is so ridiculous.
Nick was always the real father figure to Hope but when they put Bridge together and sorased Hope, they rewrote the history that Ridge has always been her father. Never bought it!
I was watching a repeat epoisde and Ridge clearly saw her as his daughter but now he don't seem to. If he did he'd never approve of Thomas being with her.

Well, considering when Rick was younger, he was lied to and made very confused when he found out ridge is his half BROTHER. When he was calling him his father. Didnt help when Brooke would only go back to Eric for the most outrageous and selfish reasons. Her kids were taught to call multiple men their father. Screws a person up. Didn't help her kids first memories of her is them comforting their gross mother. Only for Bridget to find out years later, why she was always in those situations. Because of herself

Because Steffy never respected Hope's relationship with Oliver and Liam. Seriously? Hope was supposed to respect the one who kept trying to steal her boyfriend's and act half naked every chance Steffy got with them? Come on, now.
it was a VERY tough situation for Ridge and even if he Hope was his daughter by DNA it wouldn't have made it easier. I think deep down Hope was insecure because she knew she's Deacon shame kid, therefore she sensitive and Ridge tried to put Hope first, but REALY impacted Steffy. Sadly for Hope she is the fruit of of an affair and she herself hates that.

That’s because they kicked Deacon out of her life and out of town. Deacon should have had an opportunity to be in his daughters life and make his own mistakes with her just like Brooke was able to with her kids. They just didn’t want a reminder of how triflin Brooke is.
If Deacon truly cared about his daughter he wouldn't let other people keep him out of his daughter life. I wonder how his other kid doing. Been years since we seen little Eric. He has to be a man now. Hopefully he's not a criminal like his father and cousin were.

joel davis right. Ugh. Ronn Moss has said he asked for Ridge to not be recast & how it was a slap in the face when Bell recast Ridge anyway. Ronn Moss originated the role, was on B&B for, what, 30 years!? He IS Ridge. RM has said he’ll never come back due to this betrayal. They could’ve just written the Ridge character out & had a new family come, new cast/characters. Would’ve mixed things up. The same old Forrester/Logan stories. Played out.
@@wendydawson697, TK is a good actor, but he should have been brought on as another character. He and Brooke don't have chemistry! I hope that they are done for good!!
MsRain123 exactly. That’s what I’m saying. They could’ve killed off the Ridge character & had the new guy come in as a different character, with a wife & kids, new family for B&B. They also could’ve kept Jack Wagner (Nick) on the show too & had him reunite with Brooke. KKL & JW had loads of chemistry.
