this is the best VRC6 song period. I love the bits of accompaniment interweaved with the melody, the leads sound so powerful and expressive, the bassline is groovy as heck, and gosh the ACCENTS at 1:09 and 2:13 (!)
6 years later and this is still my favorite song. Kinda lost count of the amount of times this has gotten me to cry. So thanks again and I can't wait to hear more.
your songs are actually cooler than most fakebit stuff I've heard in my whole life! You have beaten a lot of other people I like, I consider you as the FamiTracker Master!
My favorite song of yours to date, you put the feeling of an entire day into a song! By far one of the best compositions I've ever listened to in my life. Keep up the good work.
Famitracker or no, this is amazing composition, and you are really talented with this program! I love songs with this type of "beach" feeling. It's reminds me of Outrun meets Sonic, excellent job!
U know Famicom Disk System or FDS for short, is sorta Japanese Famicom/NES floppy disk peripheral that plays its proprietary FDS disk games and each disk is costs cheaper before the semiconductor shortage. Sadly, the FDS never brought it into the NES as the patent isn't filed yet.
yo dude can u make some more music like the runnin through castles one? To sound megaman battle network-ey, this one is nice! And like a download thing (most preferably mediafire)
FamiTracker for MacOS????. I thought it was running via VM (virtual machine). I never seen that .dmg fork. How'd you made it run on MacOS though jsr or HertzDevil only made it into the Windows PC?.
Doood. I like. Also, do you do your main Famitracker work on a Mac? How are you finding it? I put it on my MacBook, but I'm too used to using the numpad to change octaves and patterns, so I didn't get much done.
Thank you! I'm used to it. I use wineskin, so there are a couple of weird things, such as copying and pasting not working sometimes and requiring a restart of the whole computer to work again, but as a whole, it's pretty usable. Someone is working on an OSX build, so maybe that'll make it a little more user friendly.
I don't have a mac anymore, so I can't remember exactly, but I remember having that issue when first using it. I know that I had to raise the buffer length a decent amount, but i cant remember what else i did to get it in a workable state.
Man, why is it that all of the good composers and musicians are hidden away making things like famitracker songs??? This could easily be a #1 pop hit on the radio, just come up with some lyrics and convert it to a real live band recording.
this guy is now officially the famitracker vrc6 wizard.
one of my favorite songs of all time. not just chiptune, just songs period
I've been in love with this song for years. Literally my favorite song on this earth period. This song is criminally under viewed.
Yeah I was doing something and I was just distracted by how good it was
This and Running Through Castles live in my head rent free. Don't think my brain can ever let these tunes go.
One of my fav chiptunes ever
this song is still stuck in my head after all these years
I accidentally misread the title as "Sunrise to Sunsoft"
+Then00bhunt3r lol i should redo the track, but everything is Sunsoft bass.
yes. I love Sunsoft
@@jayster6721 5 years later and still waiting on it :)

this song is so great

Oh this is the good stuff
This sounds like the perfects credits song.
Gotta say, even now in 2021, this is a bop.
once a bop always a bop
4:05 That transition right there is really what I love in this and that square harmony really helped with that emotions to it. It's perfect to end it!
one word: masterpiece
This is sick. I don't how you get these amazing sounds out of FamiTracker. Really really cool.
Good vibez here! It is a thin line between yourself and FearofDark; indeed.
Such a groovy track. Very diverse and well made. Kinda reminds me of Sonic at points, with some Mega Man thrown into the mix.
hello friendo
+Moist Potato Chip Eyyo fam
Sonic 3, isn't it? Something about those cavernous, bubbly high pitches.
6 years later and this is still my favorite song. Kinda lost count of the amount of times this has gotten me to cry. So thanks again and I can't wait to hear more.
Nice track! I finished a stereo mix of this today, I hope I did the track justice.
The replay button seems to have worn out. Send help.
That looks complicated
This is so groovy
It seriously is!
your songs are actually cooler than most fakebit stuff I've heard in my whole life! You have beaten a lot of other people I like, I consider you as the FamiTracker Master!
Very Pokemon-esque, I love it!

I love it. Fantastic song.
Best famitracker composition!
These were some very jazzy results.
Jesus brother Jayster, pure brilliance!
Very awesome!
1:15 literally got me shaking my hips and dancing! And I'm sober, so it's that good!
Whew, got chills.
Holy shit this is actually a masterpiece. I wish more people could see your work!
This is seriously one of my favorite songs. Well done
Masterpiece
Truly great!
Awesome
Oh wow, FamiTracker?!
Chiptune-y af tho.
That's the point
The end of the song sounds so good, reminds me of Motorway by Fearofdark
How the future felt to me when I was 5-8 years old, playing my NES. +1 from me.
Famitracker or no, this is amazing composition, and you are really talented with this program! I love songs with this type of "beach" feeling. It's reminds me of Outrun meets Sonic, excellent job!
I pretty much share your feelings, but it gives more of a Sonic vibe to me.
This look like Fearofdark thing.
Very good work here dude.
This is absolutely fantastic! Honestly listening to this just made my day ^__^
luv it
very nice... amazing... :D from japan
What the fuck even
Nice track mate
Amazing

Why do i feel like i’ve heard this song before
This is so good that I forgot its 8bit
this is 2A03 + VRC6 original.
@@user-ql2re2es9y It's still 8 bit tho. 8 bit capacity isn't only limited to 2A03

@@Alouette_EXE I'mma chiptune boi.
I love it!
Sounds like an ending to a game.
you just went from 911 to 912 my friend
I hear an undeniable similarity to Stevie Wonder
I didn't even know this type of thing was possible with famitracker.
Tinker Knight's stage from Spectre Knight, anyone?

how do you get famitracker running on a mac without horrible audio skipping from wine?

0:39 too

Uh, I'm not seeing a repetitive overdone chord progression, I dunno
but I luv his chiptune original.
Try in MIDI too man..
