This makes this cake healthy because the sourdough starter works in the cake butter, breaking down the nutrients, and making it easier for your body to digest.

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar or as preferred
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
3/4 cup active sourdough starter
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 & 1/2 cups milk (Could be slightly more depending)
An extra 2 to 3 tablespoons milk/ water
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring or extract
1 tablespoon marge/fat to grease your pan or pans
and a little flour to dust the pan
