    Thanks for this nice video. i had a query ... isn't it now standard practice to do single layer seromuscular suture instead of a double layer sutures? And also isn't it better to use 3/0 instead of 2/0 suture material? I prefer to use vicryl to PDS though.

      Asif Mahmud, the surgeons I worked with used 3-0 Vicryl pop offs. I realize your comment was 8 months ago, but I figured I would answer anyway.

    Bowel lumen s very much narrowed
    Lot of sutures would interfere with the blood supply lead to anastamotic leaks
