Storm Elf needs to be banned PVP and PVE it’s stupidly over powered than frost bite and it’s such a broken spell ICE can’t compete with FrostBite vs Storm Elf
How is it overpowered in PVE? It's not even used.. It is a viable option in PVP but are you going to ban fire elf also..
