I've had this question for the longest time about the MCU. Near the end of Age of Ultron Nick Fury tells Natasha Romanoff that something crash-landed in Indonesia's Banda Sea hinting it might be the Hulk, but as we all know he landed on Sakaar. So what was it, it had to be important enough for Fury to tell Natasha about it.
A possibility is that it's Ultron who managed to survive, which could be a good way to reintroduce the villain back into the MCU. The most likely explanation though is that the Marvel writers didn't know what would happen to Banner/Hulk before Taika Waititi wrote Thor: Ragnarok. So they gave Nick Fury the ambiguous line about the Quinjet to keep Banner/Hulk's options open.
My idea is that the original intention WAS for that to actually be Hulk, but Taika Waititi probably didn’t pay attention to the ending of AOU properly and ended up retconning it with his own vision which I don’t think is far off,I mean heck he even gave Doctor Strange his iconic gloves but IW ignored them
I literally just realized this yesterday after rewatching AOU
Agents of shield season 2 finale, Quake throws a quinjet in the sea to stop de villains, etc etc.
@@matheuscampanhao2743 Agents of Shield isn’t canon
I think everything in secret invasion could be a bit more palatable if they make the superskrull way less powerful than the actual superhero counterpart because they are just mimicking the power
Yah at this point that power is too strong
Doctor Strange Is Evil
6:47 There is no reason why Giah would be entangled with Kamala, Carol, and Monica.
Carol and Monica were both actively using their powers on a jump point while Kamala was wearing one of the jump point creators - entangling them. Giah was neither wearing a Quantum Band nor likely actively using Carol’s powers at the moment.
Just because Giah has access to Carol’s powers doesn’t mean they’re always active.
Doctor Strange Is Evil
This makes sense. Thank you.
A universe = a house. A dimension = a floor in the house. A realm = a room in the house.
Isn’t a dimension and a realm the same thing
I always assumed the ten rings are ten ACTUAL rings but just not for human fingers. Instead they might be rings for a celestial or dragon, which is what they are calling out to
Fin Fan fon? if only MCU was cool enough to get Fin Fan Fon....
@@SilverArandaYou mean Fin Fang Foom?
If they're using the comic origin, they came from a god of Ta Lo: Nezha & the Universe Ring
Me: *reads "celestial or dragon"*
My high, dumbass, one piece brain: celestial dragon?
The ten rings could be used in the original power source for kangs multi dimensional ship...they could make up the rings within the orb from quantumania?
Fixing Giah is easy. Just say the powers wear off, it's temporary
Yup was thinking the same and also think that’s what marvel was going to do bc making a beast of a character is just not sustainable
Or that they weaken significantly
Doctor Strange Is Evil
18:04 A question I would like to see addressed is why didn't Nick Fury & Captain Marvel take the Skrulls to Thanos' garden planet?
Yes! its a Great Plot Hole
It's Gamora who is causing the incursion for our universe, Reed Richards said it himself about Dr stranges presence can cause it and Gamora has been in our universe instead of hers for how long now
That’s smart but I doubt the writers remember that
My question is - how did captain America return the soul stone to the red skull ?
I think he just threw it at him and said "Here you big meany-poopy-head we won!"
And if so does that mean we get the soul that was given for it back?

Ralph Bonheur being in witness protection only makes the most sense 😂 Of course he was allowed to choose his own name. Lol
I don’t think the “realms” are buffers between universes. I think things like the Dark Dimension or the Ancestral plane are different dimensions within each universe and that each universe has its own Dark Dimension or Ancestral Plane.
I'm pretty sure I remember from some old Thor mythology that the realms are like a universe with unique rules, and the universes we know by number are all part of one realm. Then, places like Asgard or the Dark dimension have different means of access but are technically able to be seen from the same window, accessed thru similar but different sized doors, varying distances away.
And a realm can be a dominion, something from xmen lore, which is a collective consciousness, but, it can't be an individual. It has to be expansive and include multiple sets of rules.
So therefore, dimensions are a subset within universes, which are a subset of realms. Dimensions can separate, though, and become a realm if the rules become expansive enough.
Kind of like a bunch of concentric circles and venn diagrams. Lots of them wouldn't even touch or be circles, but most would be slight variations of each other. Those are the universes and dimensions within or around them.
Some realms overlap, so you can understand the rules, but some are inaccessible unless you transform entirely. Like becoming energy, becoming paint, because in that dimension the forces are different but it's still under the branch of existing.
This is one of my favourite parts of Marvel lore, they go deep in the quantum physics lol
@@nailinthefashion I’m pretty sure the Norse realms are just planets connected by the cosmic tree, Yggdrasil. Thor, Hulk, and Valkyrie literally fly there.
Video is right. Will never be explained because none of the writers have given it any thought. They only write to low attention span audiences stories which get the plot to the next scene, while usually blowing open huge plot holes in much that came before or will come after.
Didn't they say in Dr. Strange that The Dark Dimension literally existed outside of time and space? Which is how Strange gets him to surrender in the first place, by introducing him to time. Also, i might be mixing him up with another character, but isn't Dormammu a multiversal character? As in there's only one Dormammu across all of Marvel's universes, so there's only one dark dimension.
@@MadManVS It’s not the case that there’s one Dormammu because we see Strange Supreme fight him in What If. That’s not the same Dormammu.
Ke Huy Quan should be cast as Kang. It could make sense and would be brilliant because he's awesome.
14:31 intresting fact about that. When Venom and Vulture swapped universes, they ended up in basically the same place they were in the other world. Vulture in a prsion and Brock in a hotel room.
However the people who were transported by Strange's people ended up in random locations like Forest(Sandman and electro), sewer(Lizard) and middle of the Bridge (Dr. Octopus).
I think theres a simple explanation for that, a few hours have passed between Peter and Strange messing with the mulitverse and the fight between Dr. Octavius, hell even more time passed between Spiderman and electro as that took place at night.
Doctor Strange Is Evil
I think a big distinction between timeline and universe has to be considered. If you want to refer to what we use in our real life universe it's known as the "Standard Model".
An alternate universe would work on the assumption that the reason the universe is different from our own, is that the alternate universe doesn't follow what we know as the Standard Model. An example could be an electron being turned 90 degrees or Earth being formed from a pair of binary stars.
An alternate timeline works on the assumption that the universe followed the main universal timeline it branched from, but it is still the same universe but a major event happened, for example, which didn't happen in the main timeline.
comment
This is such a brilliant yet simple way to convey the distinct differences.
The paint world that Dr. Strange went through? Alt-Universe.
Peggy Carter becoming Captain Carter? Alt-Timeline.
The longest running unresolved subplot is THE LEADER
Also how did Terrence Howard turn into Don Cheadle
Everyone is talking about the dead celestial and you even talked about where Arishem took the Eternals, but noone is talkign about the multi planet size being that appeared in the sky (Arishem)
Another question that could also be brought up just like the one with the dead Celestial. In Moon Knight, did no one really noticed the night sky moving incredibly fast as Moon Knight made it so he can see what the sky looked like on that specific night? Not even our superheroes?
Tell me, where would that he relevant to bring up in other projects? Like we can start going back to the beginning with stuff like this.
It just aint relevent to the other projects. It doesn't need to be mentioned
In a world where there's a sky beam every week, no, we don't need a clip of people saying uh oh or what's that every single time to string each project together.
Maybe you do, but that's not a standard of good writing. Things should connect, but it doesn't need to be clear or immediate
The celestial hand will get referenced again when the ploy is ready for it. When they're ready to create Avengers Mountain or whatever, not just to fart and giggle
they showed the people of Cairo looking up as Moon Knight rearranged the night sky, harrow mentioned how desperate he was getting when he noticed....did u pay attention to the scene???
Okay, Im glad someone else said this. I love that scene but seriously?!? No, one noticed that? or the people that just dropped dead before they were able to stop the weird giant alligator?
This is true. No one saw the night sky moving incredibly fast
The only way that they are going to be able to make sense of Secret Invasion (on multiple points) is to decisively state that it takes place AFTER the events of The Marvels.

I thought it was clear the only reason why they were entangled in the first place is because Carol and and Monica were both touching the jump point and Kamala had the other Bangle.
The real question is why wasn't dar Ben entangled with them?
I swear Tiumut has been briefly mentioned in a Marvel property since the Eternals. Didn't someone say something "there's giant granite alien sticking out of the Indian ocean". Am I crazy? Did I make that up?
I'm sure it has been mentioned at least twice across all the marvel media since Eternals, yeah.
I can't recall off hand (no pun intended), but you're right. It was mentioned.
People are just crazy impatient and refuse to wait. While forgetting that earlier titles didn't always do so good either. Like, the Tesseract wasn't revealed as an infinity stone for years.
It was actually mentioned briefly in Ms. Marvel.
There was a reference to it in SheHulk
I'm really hoping that Adamantium is made in a lab and the dead celestial is pure vibranium instead
Kevin Fiege didn't overextend himself. Chapek overextended him. Many problems have been fixed. We just won't see the results until Phase six at the earliest. I'm positive not all 2025 movies will keep their release dates. That's a normal problem for The MCU. Announcing things so far ahead that release dates get pushed back is an issue I've seen as far back as Phase Two.
_Many problems have been fixed. We just won't see the results until Phase six at the earliest._

I think the longest running "Unanswered Question" was Leader in Incredible Hill (Ed Norton)
Sorry but timelines aren't universes. You can't have an alligator variant in just a different timeline.
Blade also teamed up with Ghost Rider, and Morbius, in the Midnight Sons.
Would people stop thinking that a fifty+ year old paraplegic will only need to undergo one surgery/medical examination?
To answer all these questions Secret Wars is going to be like 6 hours long!
I get that rhodey being a skrull since civil war destroys his charactee. But before secret invasion there were all these theories about what big character would be revealed to be a skrull. Wouldn’t it be the same result in destroying the character no matter who it was?
It's so funny because people complained that they wouldn't follow the comics with basically half the heroes being skrulls. They make 1 character a skrull and people lose their shit. Still can retcon it if they want because it wasn't explicit
Rhodey is Skrull after Endgame , if MCU doesn't follow it , Sony is doomed
well some person hoped tony back from dead in skrull form *
old school marvel would have done the job with movies and phases there is too much spinn off series for its to work in modern rond ear marvel
It's too late. They have screwed Rhodie, Nick Fury, Maria Hill into the ground, making one of the worst streaming shows of all time.
If the character was a skrull since the beginning, then it would have made a little sense. Its just that character but he was a skrull all along. So events were experienced by the skrull.
But in case rhodeys case, they switched him in the middle of his character. The most important character bits happened to someone who didn't really care.
The rhodey who cried at Tony's funeral didn't even know him. That's the jssue
Every universe has infinity number of timelines

0:14 I can tell you my biggest question from Antman Quantumania: “what?” And my biggest question from Secret Invasion: “why?”
I thought Renslayer may have been a Kang variant 🤔🤷🏾
About Loki there's actually a character in the comic that do the same thing which is sitting in his throne forever to watch the multiverse
Could the Watcher not have disabled Ultron by luring him into the TVA space?
How many rings are there inside that Machina de Kadavus? 10?
Loki and What If are dueling collections of inconsistent illogical plot holes. lol.
de Kadavus? -> Pronounced Dick-a-davis as the writers are d*king you around.
#1 Why is Gamora!
It hurts to be reminded that secret invasion exists...
I really really want moon knight to be in the main avengers title
Our characters have bigger fish to fry? REALLY? YOU MEAN LIKE SHIELD NOT TALKING ABOUT THE SNAP A YEAR LATER BECAUSE THEY WERE DOING OTHER THINGS? LIKE THAT?
The one thread they’ve never revisited that I’ve wondered about was the SHIELD/Hydra agent from Antman who made off with the vial of Pym particles.
The thing with the movies is 2025 I think is just them planning on how to catch up with the strikes.
I have 2 main questions how did cap return the soul stone and doesn’t cap going back to live with Peggy create a branched timeline because that was never in the time line in the first place
You know what still bugs me? Re: the timeline = universe thing, and pruning timelines. It bugs me that the TVA has a portable device that’s so powerful it can easily destroy entire universes, and they’ve used it over and over again. That much power doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s like the Ultimate Nullifier on steroids! Plop it down, push a button, and every god, celestial, planet, star…poof! Gone. It seems ridiculous. I mean, Thanos’ snap only wiped out half of all life in one universe. Come on! 🤷🏼♂️🙄
I still want to know who that 4th broken statue was in the Citadel I need to know this! 😂
They messed up hard for Secret Invasion.
Lets just agree they screwed up SECERT INVASION
They screwed up a lot of phase 4 and 5
Based off the video TMZ released, Majors did nothing wrong therefore should not be replaced
I really dig on the idea of the MCU being 2-3 different universes. But I agree with big Daddy Vosser. It would confuse the general audiences to the point of ruining the brand. Which is why I think we got What If. To satiate that craving for else world takes.
Doctor Strange Is Evil
Anyone realize that when wong was analyzing the ten rings what we see looks like the temporal loom in loki, before looking like a tree now and it blinking like that is probably an indicator that's telling us the loom is being destroyed.
That would be funny. I've been thinking they'll link the rings to time. Perhaps some sort of Kree tech that was supposed to be used to seal something not destruction. Perhaps another dragon 👀
clearly not related but ok
😂😂😂😂😂🤣
For Moon Knight, I think Secret Wars should have a scene of him fighting demonic versions of heroes, like he did in the comics of the 80s.
14:10 Personally I think the answer is the same as the one in Spiderverse. Remember, universes and timelines are interchangeable so just like Spider-Gwen, Venom was probably popped into the past.
I think the rings belong to galactis
How did Rocket get Bucky’s arm tho??
The biggest thing everyone wanted from Secret Invasion was to find out that Avengers we followed for multiple movies to be a Skrull. We get that, and everyone rejects it cause "Infinity War and Endgame are sacred"......
Its better than Inhumans
lol speak for yourself
Well I mean in Rhodey’s case his reactions felt really genuine, And that ending makes it seem like he was switched like right before the 2 avengers films.
I’M not saying they’re sacred, but it would make it a bit better if that placement was either farther from those 2 films or directly after
That’s exactly what I wanted. Tell me Steve was a Skrull since like, idk maybe after Winter Soldier or something.
But don't talk for everyone when it's just your opinion. Surprisingly not everyone thinks like you. You will learn in life to not assume.
I doubt, but maybe marvel will eventually explain most of everything that didn't make sense to us
Yeah imagine they make a series about “answering the unexplained” 🤣

5:17 Isnt the pyramid Kang's original ship in the comics?
No, it was a Sphinx, or at least it was in 616.
There's no way the government could "cover up" a Celestial that coming out of the ocean and reaches above the clouds 😂

There’s nothing to fix, because there is no perpetual formula for success. Forever forward.
Is Starfox an Eternal from Titan? If he is Thanos' brother, does that mean that their daddy A'Lars was an Eternal himself?
Yes
Ok think of it like this.
Eternals we see jumps like 1 week later and it is on the news. People were talking about it. But given ALL the shit that happens in the mcu in universe, there's a lot of stuff on their minds, so yea they do have bigger fish to fry. They don't have time to constantly be talking about 1 thing in particular
That’s not even a immediate threat. Like come on what you expect. “Theres a giant in the ocean what are we gonna do?, call the avengers so they help” Help what? They can’t carry it, destroying him may destroy the earth, what do ya want?
It would have a profound effect on tons of things though. The fact that it hasn't been anplot point is ridiculous.
@@BaithNa It being a plot point to what? Read an eternals comic, they always have the Celestials showing up and standing there for months in public view, & it’s never anything the government or regular humanoid heroes can do about it. It’s obviously goin to become a plot point sooner or later but everyone acting like it’s dire that ppl acknowledge it, they’ve put it on the news everyone knows, it’s not that serious. It’s literally dead.

See w/ Venom, I think he was just brought in the same time as the other Spidey characters & they just happened to be watching that old news clip on the tv.
Cause in NWH Eddie has obviously only been there a couple days tops
Mine question is HOW/WHY DID LOKI START TIMESLIPPING?
Could vision quest possibly mirror the old silver surfer comics? With a near god like being traveling the earth (looking for Wanda rather than being trapped with his love on a distant plannet.) and pondering human nature and their reluctance to accept things different from themselves
Rhodes had a prorated exam and was abducted is hilarious
Regarding Majors, it seems a bit risky to recast a man who is as great as Martin Luther King or Barack Obama and whose mere existence is a huge benefit to his people's culture.
In his own mind, at least.
Wait sooooo Kang is considered more powerful than Celestials? And Kang can prune a whole universe meaning everything in that universe?
Namor's a mutant as well, as well as being a few centuries older than Kamala Khan.
Also Rhodey being a skrull ruins the last moment Rhodey had with Tony in Endgame.
Deadpool said it perfectly in 2016
“These timelines are so confusing.”
It is NOT the MCU’s responsibility to explain how time began.
9:19 How does Ritson declaring all aliens enemy combatants impact the Asgardians? They live in Norway. He is the president of the U.S., not Earth.
NEED A WHAT NOW VIDEO after Jonathan Major
I agree with the timeline/universe part, but I think dimensions/realms are pieces of the whole universe, and those might help keep each universe held together.
Like, when they depict the flow of time, there's like the main core of the stream, but there's also a few specs floating around it. I think the specs are the different dimensions/realms.
No one is gonna talk about Arishem showing up in the sky, that even regular ppl saw him and reacted??
not the strangest thing that people in the MCU have seen

They got entangled because they were using their powers at the same time while interacting with the gateways and the gateways are connected to the bangles/quantum bands
which by itself is like a 1 in a billion chance
That's not true because they swapped places a bunch of times when only one of them were using their powers.
@BaithNa they only swapped when two people used their powers at the same time and that has nothing to with hiw the entanglement started in the first place

Moon Knight and Werewolf by Night fight and team up is a must for S2!!!
We need to hear some update about Armor wars
Secret invasion is something I’m willing to say never happened
Marvel should just admit it was wrong, apologize, & say Secret Invasion never happened.
Wait I have a question. Does each universe/timeline have its own realms eg. Quantum realm, Gap Junction, Ta Lo, etc. or is it one realm for the whole multiverse? If it’s just one then can characters from different universes interact with each other in the realms?
I assumed the super-skrull abilities were only temporary since the one blast was divided by the two people when it was meant for one.
Timelines exists in each universe. The only time different universes was explored was in doc strange m.o.m with amer. Chavez. Example the paint universe.. each universe has its own timelines and rules like he who remains explains
They said secret invasion was initially going to have a big impact so I assume that giah was originally set to appear somewhere but was cut
Venom told Eddie that symbiotes are a hivemind that reaches across dimensions
The timelines one is something. I believe that the timelines exist in each universe branshing out into the times we see, but in each universe there is different time anomolies, if that makes sense.
There is another question that we will never get an answer to - What did Kang not foresee and why did the timelines branch out behind his back? Was Peter Parker, Wanda, Loki himself to blame for this?
