@londoncalling05_47 practice a ton of different excercises. Look up spider excercises to get started then make up your own. Don't always go for your fastest speed, chill at a speed you can do perfect for a while and just focus on how every single motion feels while you do it. After the pathways are completely ingrained, then speed it up and keep the same relaxed feeling, going for minimal motion. And just be patient, it takes a while. Just practice w a singular goal and stick to it for a bit. It can be a very boring process so I like to watch RUclips while I do it bc I got tik tok brain rot lol.
