ஹெல்த் ஜுஸ் but ithu கூட இன்னும் 2 பொருள் சேர்த்து பன்னா கண் பார்வை தெளிவா இருக்கும்
கண்பார்வை தெளிவாக இருப்பதற்கு
சிவப்பு பொன்னாங்கண்ணி கீரை 1/2 கட்டு, கேரட் துறுவியது - 4, பீட்ரூட் துறிவியது - 1
கீரையை நன்கு அலசி இட்லி தட்டில் வைத்து 3 நிமிடம் வரை வேக வைத்து எடுக்கவும் பிறகு கீரையை மிக்ஸியில் ,கேரட், பீட்ரூட் போட்டு 1/4 ல்லிருந்து 1 டம்ளர் அளவு தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி அரைத்து அதை வடிகட்டி 48 நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து குடிக்கவேண்டும். கலவையே சப்பாத்தி மாவில் கலந்து சாப்பிடலாம்.
